Arriving at night was a little confusing, as there is another hotel in front to the street - but Park Inn is located just behind and in a more private location. Since there is a Park Inn sign at the road, you think that the first hotel is Park Inn, but it’s not.

Nice, quiet and very clean rooms, comfy bed, very friendly staff, underground parking is private and safe, 24 hour reception, possible to buy drinks, sandwiches and snacks at the reception. Location is close to the A7 motorway and very close to a huge EDEKA supermarket, if you wanna do some grocery shopping on your way. I only stayed one night, driving through Germany - but I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time.

Our first room was not great as the bathroom light did not work & someone had obviously been smoking. We were moved without fuss to a very comfortable room. The restaurant offered a limited evening selection but it was tasty & well prepared. The following morning we found the lift was out of order but being repaired which wasn't great as we both mobility issues & there appeared to be a fire brigade inspection going on. It was a little inconvenient but good to know that these things were being seen to promptly. The breakfast room was bright & airy with a large selection of hot & cold food & drinks. Very much a business hotel & would stay again if in the area.

The family room consisted of 2 rooms and a bathroom which was spacious and nice. Lots of parking available. Clean, nicely decorated. Easy to find from Autobahn.

The breakfast was very expensive, it was good but expensive. Their gluten free bread was served to us cold, and it smelled bad. The hotel is far from many places in the city, and there doesn't seem to be good public transportation from there.

The room was large and spacious, the staff helped us with what we needed - ordering a taxi for example. A large supermarket within walking distance

The carpet in the room, that’s a bit old style and definitely not recommended for a pet owner. I would include the sauna in the service included in the package.

For that price, which is 158 euros per person, and there were no personal hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste) in the room. I had to spend the night because of a DB stop and there was nothing I needed in my room. I have something to compare it to. In Frankfurt for 65 euros for two in the room was even a small coffee machine, not to mention hygiene products.

They charge 10 EUR for the parking overnight. The hotel is outside the city centre. So charging a parking lot is inapropriate, especially when the hotel is not cheap.

The gym opens at 7AM which was kinda late for me because I needed to leave. And I booked the Hotel mainly because of the gym.

The staff was SUPER friendly - I travelled with my dog and he was very welcomed at the property.

would be nice to enlarge the diner menu for having more diversity or changing menu more frequently from day to day or week to week. Also for non german speaker, would be nice to see wall posting info in english. In the room, the glass in the shower is too small, therefore water is wetting the floor easily with the risk of slipping when coming out.

Good service level at reception, restaurant and breakfast buffet. Quality of the food is excellent at the restaurant though diversity is limited.

Most meat products are from pork, so it’s for non-pork-eating people a bit limited. And the shower is half open design, so the room will be easily wet after taking a shower.
