It's a modern building with lots of big windows in the rooms, stairs and public areas which all looked onto the garden. But sadly the garden was unloved, covered in moss and algae and weeds and this was in such contrast to the inside of the building.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location just outside the town centre with great parking under the hotel (and for our bikes of course). Super clean and our room was bigger than most. The rooms seemed all to face the garden with the corridor facing the road so the rooms were very quiet. The after hours check-in was very smooth, organised weeks ahead!

We arrived after 20:00 after the reception was closed. There should be instructions on how to get the key for the room. A code had to be sent, but unfortunately, it was not sent to us. There is a possibility to call for assistance in front of the main door. Someone replied, but the volume was so low that it was very difficult to hear. Anyway the instructions were not sufficient and we had to wait half an hour until someone from the staff arrived and let us enter to the room.

The signage for the entrance off the main road needs to be clearer. No kettle or iron in room.

Quiet. Access to a laundry although it is in the Pension (appartment) section of the complex and it costs at least 15 euro to use the washer and dryer. Staff (Stefan and Kathy) speak English and are very helpful. Mini kitchen on 2nd floor get to get hot water for a cup of tea.

We left to early to try the breakfast.

We wanted to stay close to the Munich airport due to an early flight. The hotel offered a reasonable price for two rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to have two rooms together in a hallway separate from other rooms. The rooms were stylish, upscale and clean. The customer service was excellent. We arrived late due a disruption of all trains/metro and the hotel staff called with instructions on how to get our hotel keys.

Parking was not always available.

Excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The room was clean and comfortable. After one day they fixed the blinds which finally gave us privacy.

The hotel is located in a walking distance from the city center. Free Parking next to the hotel entry. The staff is very friendly. Check-in and check-out pocess is near seamless.

Only stayed here because of a delayed flight and it is somewhat near the airport [30 minute public bus ride]. But the staff are great, it is very nicely decorated, room and common rooms are extremely clean and kept. My room was excellent and included many amenities. The 10€ breakfast buffet is well worth it and was the best breakfast I've had on my whole vacation.

Difficult to find anything wrong with the room or Hotel. Although I did not require it I would imagine Reception opening times might be a problem if you had an urgent issue as not 24 hour.

Good location, easy walk to Lake, centre of town and supermarkets. Bus Stop to airport just outside Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful..

Everything was great.

The check-in was fast and easy. The apartment we rented was clean and well furnished - also had a small balcony. There are many restaurants within walking distance in the old town. Very close to the Munich airport and is an easy drive to turn in rental cars. We've stayed here a number of times and usually spend three nights there before turning in out rental car.

We really appreciated the location, close to all key activities for kids - therme, indoor playground, park, wild Park and airport. It was also great we got both our apartments on the same floor in a very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and planning to come back.
