As the building is a bit old, the noise isolation is pretty poor.

The hotel is located next to the Sanssouci park and the city center with a small parking on site. There is a possibility to get the key outside of the working hours, which is very convenient. The rooms were ok, so is the breakfast.

It was a bit confusing to find the way out because the exit was having a door that looked just like the room doors, but the personell was kind and showed me the way. The host could improve on giving a map of the hallway or something.

The room on the first floor has a bug window and the blinds don't manage to make the room dark enough in the morning to sleep. There is no lift and the staircases are pretty narrow, so it's a bit of a trek to go up and down with the luggage

My girlfriend found a small bug on our bed (although we only found one, so it wasn't a bigger 'bedbugs' problem) and the hotel gave off an 'old people' vibe.

Great price to quality ratio! The room was small, but just enough for 2 people. The location was a cozy walk away from the very center, but close enough to restaurants, shops etc. Loved our stay! Would totally come back to Pension Sansoucci :)

- poor drainage from the shower tray; - breakfast: plenty of packages coming from small boxes of jam, wurst, etc. It could be simplified by having a few jars or bowls with the products, available for everyone to put on the plate. It works in other hotels I visited.

very nice location nearby Sanssouci park and lake!; nice cosy room with style, I loved the small lamps there with the warm light, and wooden natural style of the room. Comfy bed and very practical bedsheet (non-creasing cotton material), breakfast with enough food choice. A quick time of reply was an advantage for me, being in rush for my next business travel.

We asked for 2 separate beds but they were put the way in was like one big joined and it wasn't possible to remake it. Some insects from the garden were coming into very frequently, but they were harmless.

Pricing level is very good for what you get. The pansion is placed 1 minute walking distance from the public transport stop with easy connection to the city and main train station, 20 minutes walk to Sanssouci Castle. The room was clean, kitchenette equiped with necessaries. Staff was friendly and helpful

A few staff are a bit cold but I think they just do not feel very comfortable with speaking English. I even didn’t know where is the receptionist. The place could be a little noisy in the morning and the curtains are not good at all.

The breakfast is really fabulous. I enjoyed the amazing coffee from a great coffee machine that makes all kinds of coffees. Other guests are friendly and enthusiastic.

Beautiful space for a breakfast with a very nice view. It was cool inside even if the weather was really hot! Close to the park and to the city center. Nice building. For sure I will choose this Pension if I will visit the Potsdam again!

There was a selection of food for breakfast with fruit juice, cereals, fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, jams, and coffee or tea. It was pleasant to sit in the conservatory overlooking the garden.

Although our room wasn't facing the busy road out front directly, it was still pretty loud in terms of traffic noise throughout the night even with the window just cracked a little so decide whether you're willing to accept that risk. Hot water kettle but no Nespresso machine. Room a bit cramped in this converted mansion.

Parking free (but limited) - we got lucky with a spot right behind the house so it goes into the positive column. Walking distance to main shipping street and Dutch quarter. REWE maybe 7 min walking away. Sanssouci main palace 20 min on foot, most of it through the park. Comfy beds.

The lovely Pension Sanssouci is situated within five and fifteen minutes walking distance from all main attractions of Potsdam. Additionally it has the Havel canal and tall old trees in a little residential park at it’s rear providing the area with ample fresh air. The B&B offers rooms with a basic kitchenette so eating out is not essential. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. My room was well decorated and furnished and had everything I needed.

There was nothing I did not like. It is not really fair to rate hotels right now anyway since they can't have all their services available because of Covid.

The location to Sans Souci Park is perfect! It is also an easy walk to the old tourist / downtown area.
