You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomI was charged 15 Euros extra for parking. I ticked parking included option on booking.com. However I was told by the staff that parking is included but you pay extra. I just could not understand that logic. Then I was supposed to check confirmation email where it says parking would be charged extra. Problem is that you get that email once you have already booked. Where if you tick "Parking" option as per booking.com then you assume it is included. Perhaps something they need to look into...
I liked the location and cleanliness. Breakfast was also OK

ItalyIt is not possible to get a cappuccino or warm milk for breakfast. I tried to use the machine but it did not work and the person working there for the breakfast service told me not to do it so I guess that it is not working properly. The breakfast room is very small, we had to share our table, I wonder how they manage in high season.
The hotel is in a paid parking area but 5 minutes walking you can park for free, there is a nice self checking system, the room is nice and comfortable, our room also has a nice terrace. 20 minutes walking to the center.

BulgariaI was accommodated on the top floor and the sloop of the roof cut the half of the volume of my room. It’s OK as far as I was single but still there was a danger hit my head moving in the room.
It is clean and well managed place. Breakfast is not so reach but good enough everyone to find something and enjoy it. Espresso machine available for the coffee! 🙂. Friendly staff. Comfortable bad. The bathroom was new and shiny. Coffee and tee pot in the room.

GermanyClose to the main road, so slightly noisy if the windows were open. When closed, it was fine. Self check in after 4pm is not rocket science so to speak, but maybe a little tiresome especially if one arrives after a long tiring drive. But still, it's not too big an issue. Not very close to restaurants. A 20min walk. A slight disadvantage when one's very tired after a long drive. But since we had the car, we just drove down.
Pleasant and helpful staff and good breakfast. Clean room. Perfect for our one night stay with a kid.

Francethe check-in machine is complicated. the price for the parking is abusive 15€ per night. this should not become a standard charging 15€ for parking a car in a hotel, especially if the car is just going to be outside, at the facade of the hotel at the main street.
the windows isolate the noise from the main street very well. the crew at the office are super kind!. room was big and clean, well taken care of

NetherlandsMy bed was a little squeaky, and the door to the bathroom didn't close all the way unless you locked it. The breakfast room is on the smaller side, but the breakfast itself was tasty and a good start to the day.
Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. The hotel is next to a gas station and a road, but it wasn't noisy, so that was great. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Aachen, which was very doable. We stayed one night, and this hotel was great for that.

SpainI have no complaints, although I guess that, for some people, the glazed window and no views might be a problem.
The room I booked in this small hotel, was quite large, spotlessly clean, and quiet at night. No views whatsoever (glazed window facing a residential building) but I honestly don't care as the value was unbelievable. Good sized bathroom (also very clean), with all the basics covered, a kettle, hairdryer, etc. There's an extra fee of 15€ to park in front of the hotel. It's not in the centre of Aachen, but you can be in the town hall square in about 25 minutes walking. The staff was nice and the breakfast, which was included in the reservation, had surprisingly good quality and variation for the small price you're paying - fresh pastries, cheese, eggs several ways, etc. Overall, I would totally recommend if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, with superb value for money.
