Although we had checked Double bed when booking we got two singles and they could not find another option unfortunately. The location is a trip from the centre but manageable.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel during my road trip. The availability of free street parking and a 24-hour reception were fantastic features, especially as we were traveling with a 2-year-old. The peaceful location added to the positive experience.

The furniture was a bit outdated but still acceptable. There is no fridge in the room.

The hotel is in the uptown in a calm residential area. You can park for free. The rooms were OK. You can reach the tram with a 5 min walk.

There was a little window besides the main window without any curtains or blackout system, meaning that it gets very bright in the room early in the morning (even before 5am depending on the time of the year). It can be disturbing for sleeping for some people.

Hotel is located in the suburbs of Dresden. The area is quiet with supermarket and small shops close by. Tram and bus stop only 5-10 min away from hotel connecting to city center and central train station. Room was good size and comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

Despite giving the impression of being central, the hotel is located far away from Dresden city centre: You first have to travel by train and then by bus to reach there with public transport. Perhaps some alternative transportation service could be offered by the hotel. The breakfast was smaller than anticipated, and due to very few seats you had to be in and out within an hour. Those who expect a generous, relaxed breakfast the extra Euros paid will be disappointed.

The rooms have a high standard, and the staff are friendly. They allowed me to check in 30 min before 15:00, which I thought was great!

Parking - having to find on street parking on a couple of occasions (once in a different street) as the parking facilities at the hotel are very limited. Beds rather uncomfortable for me (although they may well suit others) and pillows underfilled (only one extra underfilled pillow supplied in a room for two people). Kettle: No suitable socket on the desk - had to move the kettle to the small bedside table and use the socket there.. The cooling fan could not be used if the room light was switched off., so the light had to be left on at night if the fan was needed.

Quiet location in a pleasant area. The location suited us as we were visiting family in a nearby district and the route was easy by car. Friendly staff.. Cleanliness.. Reception staff available 24 hours. Hotel had a relaxed environment.
