The chair at the desk in the room is not a desk chair. It squeaks and scratches on the floor every time you get in and out of it.

Breakfast is very basic and pretty much the “Best Western” quality standard. Tram in front of the building pretty noisy all night. Neighbours have direct view into your room (did not bother us - but mentioning for awareness for others).

Friendly staff and well-located to the main train station and city centre. Large rooms with plenty of space.

The price and accommodation worth it. Nothing bad.

The hotel is about 700 m. from old town and 100 m from central station. It takes about 10–15 minutes to reach the main places of interest. Breakfast is fine. There is free public parking area around the corner on Hahnekamm 1, 04103 Leipzig, (89VP+87 Leipzig). During check-in, we were served with compliment Champaign, chocolate and orange juice Thank you for your hospitality! Happy New Year!

The suite is described as two bedrooms and a sitting room, but the reality is the sitting room is one of the bedrooms.

It was a bit cold in the room, and I was unable to raise the room temperature using the climate control device.

The hotel is located in the city center, a walking distance from the main sights. The staff were friendly and the room was fine. There is an underground parking garage.

I missed nuts, fresh and/or dried fruits and seeds at breakfast buffet. There were not sleepers and shoe blade in room.

The room was spacy wiith balcony, where can enjoy with cup of coffee any moment of the day! The location is good, except the busy trafick on working day morning.

We were staying in a room for 3 (or up to 4) people and I slept on the bed couch which was quite uncomfortable and very noisy. The room has no air conditioning and as we were staying in the middle of August it was very warm, however we excepted it and a ventilator was available in the room. The tramway was close so it was noisy in the night, however again, this is to be expected when staying in the middle of a busy city.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, very close to the main train station and the city centre. The room was very spacious and clean and the balcony was a welcome addition. The breakfast was good. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Very good price-performance ratio.

The card machine wasn’t working which meant I had to try and call them later to pay, which turned into a bit of a faff, then they tried to charge me for two nights when I only stayed one.

I somehow ended up with a massive two-bedroom suite with a huge lounge and two balconies, which for €166 was very good value. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great, less than five minutes’ walk from the main station.

We arrived late in the evening at the person at the front desk, a man (who wasn’t wearing the same outfit as the members of the staff we meet the next morning) wasn’t a people person. He seemed very angry and annoyed. He didn’t speak one bit English, only German, and I really don’t understand why a hotel accommodating tourists, hires a man who can’t speak English. Luckily I understood his angry mumbling German. He couldn’t provide any kind of help, where to park our car, he only told us that our room was on the 4 th floor, not where the stairs or elevator was, and he didn’t tell us when the breakfast buffet was open from and till. I was a very unpleasant experience, and I don’t see us coming back.

It was a lovely hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. The members of the staff working in the morning was very smiling, polite and the man in the kitchen was so sweet to come out and tell us about the cherry putting.

The whole studio felt a little bit dusty and not too clean. The shower cubicle felt old.

Great location, close to the central railway station and the city center. Our studio overlooked the quiet inner courtyard, so we didn't hear any street noises. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was ok, but the coffee was the worst. The high chair was broken. They had just the one. There were cigarettes on the balcony of our suite. There was mold in the shower.

Great room with lot's of space. The staff was mostly kind and helping. The location was great, if you want to stay close to the main station.
