Single room the same price as a double room. Extra charge for breakfast which was not worth its €12, quality wise, breakfast staff was not very friendly. All the other staff was friendly. The shower stopped completely for a minute or two while I was washing my hair.

The rooms have smell either of smoking or kitchen - though we changed the room which was better smell vise. No conditioning in the rooms.

This hotel is a bit outdated, rooms need renovation. Our room had drapes with a big hole in it. Breakfast was ok. You can smell cigarettes smell in the hallway. The host was pretty rude and not helpful. We supposed to check-in at noon, but was late for 2 hours without any apology.

Location is great, but that's all I can say about this hotel :)

Breakfast was poor, without explanation what is on plate. I am muslim, and wanted to eat chicken salami but there was no explanation as to whether it was chicken or pork, the breakfast staff did not speak English well, so we couldn't ask. Considering that we paid 12 EUR per person, I think that the breakfast was not enough. And somwhere near our room was laundry room, so, we hardly slept that night.

The place, room was clean and warm, staff polite and welcoming.

Was provided room on 4th Floor. Hallway carpeting had very poor odor and was uninviting. The room's heater did not work, therefore was moved to another floor and room.

Hotel is adjacent to swimming pool and sauna, and shopping center.

It was a little bit dusty in the room almost everywhere i.e. on easily accessible places where cleaning can be done. It’s a bit old furniture so renovation could be done in nearer future.

Location is okay, right above the shopping mall and metro station, so it was easy to access city centre (cca 25min). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good (plenty of sweet snacks, as well as great salty choices).

-the mattress was not comfortable at all, we couldn't sleep properly. -if you let the window of the room open it could get a little too noisy.

-The location is very good. -Breakfast was acceptable considering the price of the hotel. -The room, sheets, towels and everything was clean enough.

Parking and finding the hotel was difficult. The elevators did not run good the weekend we stayed at the hotel.

Finding the hotel parking when arriving at the complex was a bit hard. More signs are needed to guide the cars. check-in and checkout times are the same, so you end up waiting in line, especially because there is only one person from the staff handling everything. The elevators are few and slow, considering the number of rooms in the hotel.

We were a large group performing at the nearby concert hall and we loved the fact that we could access the hall directly from the hotel. The hotel is next to a shopping mall with good places to eat and shop for necessities. Decent breakfast
