Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The shower area is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, therefore extreme attention is required while taking a shower, not to flood the whole bathroom.

There have been some sweets in one of the cupboards, obviously leftovers from other guests. That did not look like a nice touch :) The shower is placed a bit unfortunate for the toilet paper, it gets wet in spite of all precautions. A long line to the only one coffee machine available in the breakfast room.
Very friendly staff, excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant, the size and comfort of the room was impressive. The location is quite good and the parking is free for the guests. Freshly renovated rooms with nice wall decorations.

could do with a lock of paint and replace carpets that have stains. tea and coffee making facilities should be standardly available in all rooms and not have it as an extra! but we are spoilt in the UK!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfy, nice and green area and very quiet at night. It's possible to walk to the centre of the city were they have a couple of very nice restaurants (recommend by the staff) and shops.

just the restaurant of hotel is closed during the evening and just for a coffee or a appretive the guests shall go to the city center, where is almost 10 minutes walking and in this period of pandemic of covid, considered to open the hotel's restaurant ,

I have travel within Germany several times but only often on day trips or staying at a friend’s place. This is the first hotel I booked in Germany and maybe it was unfair that I had expectations. I have stayed in different hotels in other countries expect my bed to be made when I request for room cleaning. Maybe that’s too much to ask for hotels in Germany, I’m not sure. When I came back to my room, the bed was how it was when I left. The toilet was also not flushed (maybe I forgot to do so before I left, but still..).
Food is terrific at this place. I would recommend the schnitzel with Pommes! The staffs speak English and are very nice and patient. The hotel is also conveniently located near a grocery store (which I never got the chance to visit) and a walking distance away from the central bus and train station, which has a shopping center right outside.
