You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The place could work on its cleanliness. Someone had dropped a cigarette bud next to our apartment door. It was still there after 4 days when we left.
No chance of being bored due to the big number of different activities

I didn’t like that I couldn’t book the charger for my electric car. it is stressful not to know if I can charge the car over night. this time I got lucky and a charger was available

Exterior of the buildings is rather "vintage" if you try to put it nicely. And the standard bungalowes are.. just plain aged and outdated. Starting from the smell of them going through electric socket availability from the 70s or so and ending to the sloppy cleaning. Parking situation is somewhere between horrible and disastrous. All in all. For the price one could expect more, no wonder there often is random accommodation available.
Location is very very nice. Beach is cool and common indoor areas are actually quite fresh and some are renovated extremely nicely. The few play grounds are also quite ok. Restaurants are quality wise also well beyond average and not even too badly priced.

The smell of mold was the first thing we met when opening the door to the apartment/bungalow.
The apartment was alright. It was a clever way to house a family of five. The resort was good but could do with a facelift.

There could be more and better restaurants in the beach area.
The possibilities especially for kids between 3 1/2 and 8 are excellent with the water and swimming hall and the tropical adventure and climbing hall etc.

It would be nice if we had more hand soap and detergent. We only had a small detergent bottle and one small bar of soap.
The apartment was a good size for our family. It was clean. We love the location - there were many attractions we could visit and the beach was so close.

almost every entertainment corner needs extra fee... the indoor swimming pool is only for 3 hours entance time. we didnt notice the timelimitation, and the penauty was much more expensive than the entrancefee...
we booked the 1 bedroom apartment is big enough for 2 Adults and 2 kids (4+5), but the sofa bed in living bed too soft. Total cleaness fine. Kitchen facility like toaster, coffee machine ,microwave are almost new and good quality. Plates and glasses enough. Location good, 5min to beach, different restaurants in shopping mall. Enough parking places.

The entertainment park was across our apartment and at the entrance of this park was a big toy elephant trumpeting from 10 AM to 10 PM every single minute. This means 720 times every day...
The apartment is very clean, the beach is nearby and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are also several small towns nearby worth visiting.

- very dirty rooms and facilities, mold in the bathroom and fridge, probably not an option if you are allergic to dust - the doors are too short, which means there is a ~3 cm gap between them and the ground. this means everyone can hear you in your room and you can hear everyone - everything smells like smoke in the room as well as outdoors, even though the facilities are targeted at kids, there are no non smoking areas - dogs and kids share the beach even though there is a dedicated dog beach, but nobody cares, expect your kid to touch and play with dog poop - next door to a bundeswehr training facility, expect to hear shots when they are training (might be at an early time) - everything costs extra, no service included at all (you are expected to remove the sheets, clean the kitchen and bring out the trash when leaving) - if you want to use any of the facilities for entertainment, expect to pay as well i.e. 21 euros for 3 hours in their indoor swimming pool - some people wouldn't call the waterpark a waterpark, given that it consists of a small pool to wave/wakeboard and a few laughable blow up pools - information about checking in and out is hard to come by, the staff is very nice, but was in the process of being trained when we arrived which resulted in confusion all around, this continued when we asked about the checkout process a few days later Might be nice if you have kids which aren't too young and know not to play with dog poop / inhale cigarette smoke, but expect to pay a lot more to use the facilities and keeping them entertained.

Nothing.
There are so many things to do as a family. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Although the buildings look a bit older from the outside, it renovated and modern inside. All activities are walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.
