Wall to wall carpet is a bit old-fashioned and not so hygienic. I would have liked to have water boiler (kettle) in the room.

Excellent breakfast, no buffet due to low hotel occupancy but pre-ordered. Served at the agreed time. Hotel has own parking lot. Nicely situated in the rural area. Restaurants in nearby city of Soro.

- Thin walls, you hear a lot of noises. For example we heard the snorring from the neighbour room or if someone elsewhere flushes the toilet, it sounds as if that happens in your room. - Slept on more comfortable beds in my life. - Old building in general which you may like or not. - Bit weird window opening mechanism. Also due to their age there are remains of spiders in between the glass layers. - Hair dryer would be nice to have.

The hotel needs a complete modernisation. The room was a bit damp, the beds were terribly uncomfortable (not to mention the 'pillows'),... For the price paid we expected quite bit more.

Although the hotel is close to the highway there wss an absolute silence. Staff was very nice.

What else could we expect at such a good price?

It was great value for money, in a good location (at least for us), nice and quiet, little balcony and friendly staff! Also that we could buy things since we are into merchandise and games and the reason for us staying there.

Bed bug alert! Woke up with red marks all over my body next morning which I now know are bed bugs bites - see photo. Not fresh or clean - and they never allow fresh air coming into the building, poor indoor environment

The bed was really small for 2 people, we could hardly lay down comfortably. The shower was small and dark, I could barely turn around and kept accidentally knocking the lid off the shampoo dispenser. There were a lot of spiders in the room. The room next to us has a balcony, which was in front of our window but only they had access to it. So we had strangers walking in front of our window, a nice surprise when you get out of the shower ...

The staff was very nice. The mattress was nice and soft.

I have a complaint about customer care after the last overnight stay. I received a text message from the accommodation this morning. They said my payment had not gone through. I could check that and it was correct. however, I was not satisfied with the stay when I was told on arrival at about 2240 that breakfast was not served when you arrived after 8pm. I was also not offered to buy breakfast. I have checked information on booking.com and there is no information that you must arrive before 8pm to get breakfast the next day. I am writing this to the accommodation. I am also complaining about the extra hassle I have now had because they have obviously made a mistake with their payment terminal. They offer the first round of e-mails a 10% discount on the price, which I think is bad compared to the price for breakfast that I had to find and pay elsewhere. I pointed this out, but was then threatened with debt collection if I did not pay. I had then never said I would not pay for the stay. I think it is very deplorable to threaten your guests with debt collection and I think it is deplorable of an accommodation not to offer guests breakfast when it says that this is included on booking.com. I have now paid NOK. NOK 650 for the accommodation, but I think they could have conceded a larger compensation for the lack of breakfast and the trouble I had right away. Don't start a long discussion with me. I am a customer who always pays and I have been happy with booking.com so far.

The hotel felt soulless. There were no restaurant facilities on a Saturday evening necessitating a further trip into the nearby town of Soro for supper at the end of a very long journey. We left early the next morning before breakfast so cannot comment on breakfast facilities.

Quiet rural location. Kettle and tea supplied to room on arrival at our request.

Everything was perfect.

The fantastic collection of Magic and Pokemon card, that was awesome. The breakfast, the room decoration and the TV channels were unforgivable. The key chain was funny, we liked it. We still dreaming about this place.
