United KingdomThe only thing that let the property down for me was the wine, being a wine lover and the Wi-Fi around the pool and outside areas but it didn’t bother me as I just spent more time in the pool.
The atmosphere was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. The pool bar was great. The food choices were very good.

I love the staff and the beach. Food is also great. Entertainment and buffet staff are amazing.

NorwayThe wi-fi we paid for did not work in our room, only in the reception. We could get our money back, but it was very inconvenient to be without wi-fi, as neither my girlfriend nor I had internet on our phones. The shuttle service drove us to pricey tourist shops when we just wanted to buy clothes and internet. There were pushy street vendors in the resort.
The room and resort were very nice, clean and well maintained. The beach and pool were pretty and calm. The food was very good and varied. The staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaThe food wasn’t that great. It was edible but not great. They have sister properties and we walked over there mostly the food was better. The rooms were basic a little worn down. Everyone was very nice there(staff). Also the liquor is the worst they will not give you any top shelf alcohol unless you have a VIP package other than that they give you some nasty no name brand.

I am not sure, if I look the hotel room itself.the pictures were taken cca 10years ago... small cratches everywhere, the toilet was very old and making some distutbing noise, also the switch in the Shower was simply broken. Why the yellow-spotted towels and sheets were not removed? Is simply beyond me. The staff's English is weak.
Good value for money for a adults-only resort! The beach was amazing, the staff made it clear. Food was very good with wide variety of selection and thematical nights.i would have expected more seefood though. The maid did great job cleaning the room. Also, it was relaxing, parties ended not too late in the nights.

GermanyThe hotel needs a bit of an update. Using the included Restaurants is not a straight forward process and can be frustrating. The sunbeds are ok but not to the best standard. If you want imported brand drinks you need to pay extra. Service not included such as beach towels in the room, bathrobe and slippers are standard in other 5 stars hotels.
Fantastic location, superb beach, good food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good room size. The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of space. The Pool is ok, Poolbar is great.

I liked that the resort was near the beach within walking distance. I went during the morning, afternoon, and late night to enjoy the views. The buffet I enjoyed throughout the day, there was a great variety of food to choose from. The room was nice and well kept, no complaints.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like how outdated the rooms were. The bed was too firm, only 3 pillows, not enough towels, housekeeping only cleaned once. There weren’t any hair dryers, the tv remote didn’t work. There were no usb ports there, i had to use the tv’s usb to connect my Apple Watch charger because i forgot my charging block. There was only one trashcan and it was near the toilet area. There were sandbugs in the room.
How close it was to the beach, the all inclusive food and drinks were really good. They weren’t Michelin starred but still yummy. The staff were exceptional!

United States of AmericaBig dislikes: Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Hot water in the shower was very mild. Dislikes but not game changers: Food was good! But had better selections at other resorts in the area. Chlorine in the pool turned my white bathing suit yellow. VIP service not worth the hype, didn’t notice much difference from what was available to everyone else.
The exact vibe to a resort we were looking for! Quiet, laid back fun! Great outdoor atmosphere! 24 hour bar was in open air on the beach. The resort is a great small size making everything easy to walk to. The beach was amazing! But the staff was the absolute best part: welcoming, happy, accommodating, friendly, and so much more.
