Could have been a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. A little bit tired furniture. Breakfast was average, maybe fried or scrambled eggs and some better bread etc?

This is a charming hotel with some very personal rooms in the old main building. More charming than those big standard hotel where you have hundreds of similar standard rooms. Very peaceful street, a short and very nice walk to the center. Big supermarket nearby.

The hotel was excellent value. Parking on premises and the breakfast was really great. The kohvik in the hotel also meant that nearby meals were always available. We enjoyed our stay.

A very affordable, cozy hotel near the Viljandi centrum. Perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was fairly good. Also possible to use the sauna for an extra fee, though I didn't have time to test it out.

Toilet didn't have a sink and water tap. They were located next to toilet in living room area. Not a big issue, but if you need to e.g.wash hands, you have to come out of the toilet, or use the shower.

Room was a bit cold when we came back from the theatre in the late evening.

Wonderful and helpful host, waited us coming back from theatre in the midnight and helped to park the car right in front of the hotel. Explained everything for nearby events and places to eat and dine. Make for us good breakfast with varieties to choose.

The water turned ice cold in the shower while I was still fully covered in soap. Had to "shower" myself at the sink then (there came warm water still), which was very difficult. And I did not shower that long!

The hotel would benefit from some simple repairs, eg the toilet flushing system and the shower head in the unit we stayed in need fixing.

This is a fairly simple hotel very close to the Viljandi Coach station. We stayed in the family suite which consisted of two rooms and had a fridge. The breakfast was fine.

But... in a toilet was something broken... We found some solution, but for kids were be a problem...(this was family suite)

Clean, quaet place, easy to go to the centre. We liked the breakfest too. Very kind hostes, we needed safe place for motorbikes, she let them rest in a garage!!!! Thanks❤️❤️❤️

We stayed for a week and they gave us the smallest most uncomfortable room that didn’t even have a cupboard to hang clothes and bathroom doesn’t have a door. it’s disappointing that they put a couple who is staying for a week to the smallest room that is maybe suitable for one person to stay for one or two nights. very uncomfortable experience. our room was not cleaned any of the days. on the 4th day they brought is new towels and more toilet paper. I don’t think this place can be called hotel, it’s more like hostel is my opinion. we will not be back.

Stayed for a few nights in twin room but booked double bed in the end and paid double bed price. But asked could i just stay in twin room to avoid moving my bags. The staff said the rate will be cheaper so as they also didnt have to clean or give new towels any of the days. But when i went to pay i got charged for double room.
