Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. United KingdomIf you have any form of mobility disability, it is a little difficult to get around the property as the paving is uneven, and some ramps have been added as an afterthought, and are extremely steep. There is only one place on the whole complex where you can get into the sea so that the coral reef is not damaged.. this is a good idea however, it is not suitable if you have any mobility issues as the place one can enter into the sea is a long way from the main hotel buildings. The newer hotel buildings are nearer to the sea, but no doubt cost much more than the older part of the hotel.
It was in a quiet position and had extensive grounds. The rooms were large and had nice views.. the best thing of all was the staff who were all smiling and ever willing to help.

United KingdomI loved it all. Great value for money.
My partner and I stayed at The Three Corners Equinox Hotel to celebrate my birthday. This was my first time in Egypt and what a wonderful country it is. The hotel itself is very well run. You can tell that the staff and management take great pride in their jobs and that the comfort of their guests is of the highest priority. The service is what really stood out for me. From the reception staff, to the serving staff, everyone put in 100% effort to ensure you had an excellent time. The food was brilliant and a really good range of dishes to cater to everyone, including a good range of Egyptian dishes. The charcoal grill was the best place to get food every lunchtime and evening and the snack bar at the Panorama bar was a great place to get a light lunch. The house reef was great and you can hire snorkel equipment for a few euros at the dive centre. There are also excellent snorkel and scuba trips you can book from the dive centre on the hotel's beach. The house reef is beautiful and a great place for beginners to learn how to snorkel and scuba dive. We booked a spa treatment and beauty treatment at the hotel. Both were excellent and well worth the money, especially the spa treatments. Because we booked a package as a couple, we were able to get a good price. It was very good value for money and extremely relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous too. We were close to a nature reserve and there was a lot of interesting bird life and dragonflies that visited the gardens, which we loved to watch. For airport transfers and trips, book with Steven's Taxis! Everything can be booked via Whatsapp and the service is second to none. We booked a trip to Luxor via Steven's and we had the best day out. Highly recommended. All in all we had the time of our lives and we wish we were back there!

CanadaThe food variety, no authentic food even if we are in Egypt.. General atmosphere was a bit cold among guests.. Pushy vendors in the common area, so annoying that we had to avoid that area completely
Nice and spacious room, beautiful landscape. Good variety to make salads if you want to eat healthy. Staff was very friendly most of the time. Our highlight was the dive center located directly on the property, with very nice staff!

The resort is well placed, very close to the Abu Dabbab beach, and it has a good snorkel spot. The room is big, very confortable and clean. The food is quite good and the staff is helpful.

FinlandThe room was little dirty. Under the bed were dust and candy papers. The hotel rooms and also the kids play area might need some update.
Nice hotel with friendly staff and the reef infront of the hotel. Easy to go to snorkel or to dive from the coast. Even though the hotel was full it didn't felt too growded.

EgyptRoom was clean but dated. There was chipped enamel in the bath and the bottom of the bath was stained. Perfectly acceptable for the price though!
Excellent location for scuba diving and snorkeling. Fantastic dive centre. Lovely beach and pool facilities. Food was standard Egyptian buffet, pretty good but nothing exciting. Would definitely go back and stay again to do more diving. Room was large and had a lovely sea view.

Denmarkwifi was hit and miss. (We didn't really mind, as we were on holiday) Sometimes you have to wait 5-15 minutes for a table at dinner (again: this is holiday - just go and grab an extra drink and the staff will let you know, once a table is available) Some nights there was late night party at the panorama bar close to our rooms - if you want it more quiet in the night I suggest you ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.
Fantastic staff! Always smiling and willing to help with anything. Ok room close to the dive center. Rooms and hotel is a bit run down/old, but we loved the relaxing atmosphere. Lots of hot water in the shower and cleaning service every day. 2 1.5 l bottles of water every day, was very nice. Sun loungers were very good and the heated small pool a big plus for a stay in February. (And the area by the small pool seemed to provide a bit of protection from the wind) Food was ok - but rather bland, I would recommend the hotel to supply tabasco or chili sauce (there are lots of condiments and spices you can use for the food, but nothing remotely spicy - not even the chili/garlic sauce). Breakfast was good - egg station every morning and waffles/pancakes on alternate days. Best thing was the falafel, if you could get them while they were hot and crispy. Would have been nice with some hummus with them, but the feta was good as well. Drinks were ok - and wines better than expected for AI. The views and drinks at Panorama Bar were great! Also the pancakes we enjoyed in the afternoon. Location of the hotel is excellent. We would love to come back!

IndiaFood - This is where they should improve. They have a huge variety in all the meals. You'll be spoilt with options. Dessert itself has like 20+ varieties. But the main course is kind of boring and did not go with my taste. They surprisingly had less sea food than meat options, which i found strange. Overall I am not saying it's bad, but with such high standards in other areas, i feel they're lacking in the taste of their food.
Location is very good. The house reef is fantastic, one of the best I've ever seen. Rooms are great and meet all expectations. Diving/ Snorkeling - Best place for this. They've an excellent house reef where you are almost guaranteed a sight of the dugong while Snorkeling or freediving. It's also Close to Elphinstone reef and you can also do a day trip to Sataya reef. Service - Very nice service with friendly and helpful staff. There's a hippie jewellery seller Tito who does custom made jewellery. I got a nice locket made.

EgyptThe Air Conditioner isn't working well, it needs maintenance and when we complained about it in the reception : there was no response. At the check in, the receptionist asked for our child birth certificate which we don't have at this time as there isn't any recommendation on booking app. that they need it. One of the animation team speaks only one language which is English beside Arabic mother tongue, I think he needs to learn more languages to deal with the tourists much more.
The food is delicious and of good quality and there is a variety everyday. The staff are very kind and friendly. The room is clean and has a great view. The animation team is very good and the night shows are entertaining. The sea and the swimming pools are perfect.

CyprusWe had made our reservation some months before our trip. We exchanged some messages through booking some days before our arrival and everything looked okay. When we arrive the man at the reception said to us that our reservation was cancelled and that we should had received an email about it, which didn’t happen. I showed all the messages to the man and explained to him that this was unacceptable and unprofessional. We had even asked them to book a taxi for us some days before our arrival and they said they were going to arrange it! The man said that he believed us and he fixed two rooms for us, but his behavior was not the best.
The hotel is luxurious. Plenty of choices when it comes to food. Nice traditional show at night.

SpainThe buffet is huge but there is a lack of variety. They need to add more fish and meat options. After two days is always the same. Diving was incredibly expensive. While Egipt is a country way cheaper than Spain, the diving was much more expensive than in Spain. Nevertheless, it was worth it. If you do not dive, there is not much else to do here. Some areas need to be reformed.
The hotel is just in the beach. They also have a pool. Very nice staff and they have shows each night. The rooms were quiet and big enough. Lots of food in the buffet. We went there for diving and it was incredible. If you are a diver I recommend it. It is very far from big cities, so there is a lot of sea life. Best quality - price ratio in the area.

EgyptThere are not so much trips organized by the hotel. And the once who are there are just on certain days in the week.
I really enjoyed this place. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with everything. The hotel has it's own beach with corals just off shore. You can go for snorkeling and diving from the beach. And it's very beautiful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is good, there is a lot of variety in food.

Polandto organise, any problems were solved quick and painless. Sometimes you just need to make sure they write all details of your request. Even if they had small, cooperative problems with other sectors, General and Reception Manager resolved everything perfectly (we’re so thankful for your help and patience!) Walid, Ibrahim, thank u so much! 🌻 For second week we were only in 5 people, but we’ve still had great time.Special thanks for animation team (Hi Bebsy 😉). We haven’t got more diving days, so we enjoyed activities at hotel: Aqua aerobic, stretching, yoga, all types of dances... 3 times per day plus evenings shows. We couldn’t be bored! Generally, we will definitely recommend this hotel for everyone!(only for kids there is not much to do, which means it’s great place to get rest). Again, we’re so grateful we could meet all those great people at hotel, we had amazing, unforgettable time with our friends. Special thanks from Gosia and Mishka- you all know what for🤗 see u next time, cause we’re sure we will back.
At October 2021 we’ve been at this hotel for 2 weeks. First week was concentrated on diving activities, with 20 other people from our group. We all appreciate so much all staff, starting from housekeeping, ended at Management. At the restaurant you can try lots of different food, whether if u are on traditional or vegetarian diet (not many vegan options, but still was better than other hotels we used to be at). Waiters were so nice and helpful in case of anything. At the same time they are working hard and have fun with guests, which is so nice (and even funny). Dining time was also good- even if you slept for breakfast, you can have lunch, snacks, brunch and dinner, of course.Drinks and cocktails were pretty cool, there is normal alcohol from bottles, not machines, where normally water is added. Maybe it’s not that strong as polish vodka, but with those temperature of air it’s even better for all of us. Bar at the pool was the place, where we used to be the most after our diving, to get rest and have more fun for our holidays. Animation team was always near to get us some entertainment. At first week most of us could be only at evening shows, but there was lots of pleasure anyway: Oriental/ Egyptian shows, belly dance, “three corners dance” and much, much more. We need to say good things for housekeeping, cause our rooms were always cleaned at time; fresh towels and bedding, new water and coffee table. Great job! We were so glad for shops at hotel, especially 2 of them. Perfumes (hi Ibrahim!😉) and jewellery. In both of them u can buy authentic products from Egypt and other countries, in great prices (if u can speak with them properly). Sellers are friendly and honest, they are able to said you lots interesting things about their products. Don’t forget to buy handmade painting at hotel. Attis are very talented and they’re smiling all the time!Because we were big group, we needed a reception help quite often. Rooms changes, losted keys, birthdays party...
