The apartment was very minimally equipped. In particular, there was a coffee machine but no capsules and the make was one that it was impossible to find the capsules in the supermarkets on the island. There was not even salt to cook with. The bathroom soap etc. was also cheap and stingy. These small savings are unnecessary and spoil the experience of being at the hotel.

This "hotel" is in the middle of the countryside, in a setting which is far from the tourist hordes and really feels like you are seeing an authentic side of Menorca. However, it is also close to Cala Galdana, which has lots of excellent restaurants and bars and a more commercial atmosphere. It is also only 15 minutes or so drive from wonderful Ciutadella. We stayed in a side wing which I imagine was converted from cow sheds. The suite was amazingly quiet and spacious, with a beautiful view. There was a spacious bathroom, and the beds were comfortable, as was the sitting room.

It is hard to say that it is a negative, but we ve booked a room in the beautiuful old house and we even couldnt visitied it, because of renovation. We were very interested in seeing it, so it was a little disappointment. Instead we stayed in the huge appartment in old stables, which was GREAT, but it was very cold (April) at night. Pillows are so flat as they didnt exist, very uncomfortable.

Beautiful place in countryside. We stayed there few nights in April. They gave us very big appartement instead of a room, which was great, because there were a kitchen there and small garden. We loved the space around the Son Triay, the silence and amazing sky in the nights. It was free parking there and easy acces to the place (just about 1 km on the sandy road, so you need to read the signs or/and have a map). There were animals there (a dog, chickens and cows), which made small kids of others guests very happy. And it was close to everything really, of course you have to have a car there (the nearest shops, restaurants etc are few km from it).

The access is a bit precarious in parts so if you had a low car it could have been tricky. A small supply of coffee pods and basics like salt pepper and sugar would have been appreciated we were a bit surprised that there was nothing in the kitchen even a one night supply!

This place is in a lovely location far away from tourist resorts and so quiet. Cristina was very friendly easy to communicate with and although only there for 2 hours a day always was available by what’s app. The apartment is a good size and great for a few days . Given it was a distance to get produce and/ or eat out in the evenings it could have been better equipped but it didn’t really interfere with our enjoyment, lots of birds around the place and lovely big skies on a clear night it was spectacular. Lovely big outdoor pool and open all day and night. A great place to stay

It was not up to expectations. Wife started to cry when we first arrived. It did grow on us as charming but again so much has been neglected over the years. So sad.

The air conditioning broke and there were mosquitos that came in when we opened the windows, though we were able to be moved to another room. The tight dirt roads to get there were a little daunting to drive!

There needed to be a few more sun beds around the pool and some needed repairing. It was a shame there were no hammocks in the garden as per the photos on the website. It would have also been good to have an information pack in the apartment about good restaurants, beaches and things to do etc These are certainly not major concerns but little things to make it the stay even better.

Cris was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were great and good value and the pool was a good size. It was also very peaceful at the hotel.

Such a peaceful, remote location, yet easy to travel by car to the coast and local towns. Very relaxed and friendly staff. Lovely pool and shady garden environment surrounding the main house. We stayed in a clean, spacious apartment with terrace. Breakfast was buffet-style with so much choice and lovely tables set outside (if you want) by the pool and shade.

The building was very old and unmaintained, crackings in walls, paint coming of the ceilings, room very moist and smelt of old building Shower was not working properly + we had 2 days without hot water. No one was there to wellcome us. The kitchen was poorly equipped, oven didnt work, no knives, cutboards, cloths. The boss was unfriendly/gave us an attitude when we pointed some of the things out. Ended up getting one night for free, but not a "im sorry, let me help you" or anything. Felt we were annoying and disturbing her.

Location and garden was great. Quiet, not too many guests.

I liked everything about this hotel. Such an amazing characteristic place to stay. Cris was so helpful when I arrived as I had not prepared for an evening meal and she went above and beyond and provided me with food! The breakfast was wonderful too. Couldn't have asked for more after walking from Binimel-la to Algaiarens on the Cami de Cavalls. Just wish I could have stayed longer than 1 night.

It is a beautiful house full of character surrounded by a very nice garden with a good swimming pool where it was pleasant to spend some time after a day going around the island. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. It is located in the middle of peaceful countryside and far from the crowded touristic areas but close to few nice villages (Ferreries and Es Mercadal) where you can find nice restaurants. Many nice beaches are at easy reach by car.
