We were on fifth floor with a lift but I don't like lifts so walked the stairs very clean but quite narrow and on two floors stairs very dark and needed a torch but we bought this to owners attention and they said they would look at it which is great

Was in a good location our apartment was large had two outside spaces a small roof garden and a balcony . Large bedroom living room.and good size bathroom had added benefit of a washing machine . . Lockable storage for cases of you have a late flight and a toilet you could use .our room was ready early so we could get in 4 hours before with no extra charge . Central location 1 min walk to bars and restaurants and 5 min walk to beach .

The apartment was located on the first floor. We did not have neighbours, so it was quiet from inside, but it was very noisy from the street. But I understand that this is a small price you pay for perfect location.

I like location very much, that is why I stay in this apartment every year. Besides I like that the apartment has modern interior, is always very well cleaned and very good equipped. I mean it contained all most important kitchen utilities.

The apartment was in a perfect location as it made it so easy to get around Alicante. The very spacious apartment had all the facilities you could want. We had a side view and although it was quite noisy with the balcony doors open, once you closed then you couldn’t hear a thing. Very pleased with our choice and would highly recommend to others.

Very central to the harbour front. Near loads of bars and restaurants. It was ideal. Although adjacent to main street very quiet at night.

Room at rear was quiet but no outlook other than a wall. If you want a nicer outlook then ask for a front facing apartment. Stairs quite dark with less than ideal lighting. Noticed smell after a day or so and it was the dishes that the last guests had left in the dishwasher.. Cleaner should have checked this really.

Location perfect for town, airport shuttle bus-stop and beach. Easy walking distance to these things. Supermarket opposite. Great ice cream store within a few metres! Clean. Lift to higher floors. Host responded quickly when our kettle malfunctioned. Check in very well explained with video to support.

I liked everything - the location, the elevator, the bed and the equipment of the apartment - everything is great. There is everything you need in the area - shops, restaurants, public transport. Large windows and a nice view outside the window are an additional advantage. If necessary, the manager responds quickly and is very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Any street noise was very audible. No issue during the day but a couple of nights for extended periods after 1am and woke us. Better noise suppression is needed. We stayed for a week and the appartament was cleaned 2 days before we left. It should be half way through the stay.

Thought we had booked the room with a balcony but hadn't, make sure to really read the room description well when booking. We had big windows that opened fully and table and chairs in front of so was fine but the balcony would have made it better. Our last night was a Friday and was noticeably noisier but we had expected this as the property is on a main road.

Fantastic location, really close to the beach and the promenade. Restaurants and shops all close to the property. The facilities in the room were really good, beds comfy, good shower, sofa and chairs and table a great bonus. Kitchen well equipped. Safe in wardrobe Able to leave bags when arrived early and all the help and communication from the property was excellent
