In fact we have already stayed 1 week in this appartment( booked directly with them) however, the appartment 9 was a lower level flat comparing to the one I booked with booking.com( appartment 18-higher level!) the worst thing is that we paid only 127 euros for one night with booking.com and we paid over 200 euros per night ( total 1466 euros for a week) by booking directly with RV hotel appartment. Which means we paid more and we were sent to a lower level appartment! I think the RV Hotel group should refund us for the over-rated payment!! RV hotel la Pineda should be ashamed of treating their guests so badly!

The sofa was very uncomfortable Hot water tank for the shower was very small and we had to wait α lot to get it back hot

Besides it needs major renovation, even small problems should be fixed.. ugly silicon in the barhroom, power socket in the room was blowing up the electricity fuse, kitchen equipment. We were surprised that beds were not prepared and we made them ourselfs

1. Reception is closed from 1 to 4pm and nobody answers on calls. On a booking page it's stated that check-in is from 4p., but it would be good to stress that if you come earlier, everything will be closed. 2. There was a confusing information on reception. There was a map stating that due to exceptional situation check-in should be done in another hotel. You go there and there they tell you that "you need to pay more attention - next to that information there was another paper with the schedule when this "exception" is applied". It would easier just to have one paper "Note: Mo-Fr ONLY check-in is done there...." 3. You have to pay for additional services like: air condition, baby crib, TOWELS! . And it should be done only in cash 4. You have to make beds yourself: put sheets and pillowcases

Location is great and on a first line. There is a supermarket at the same building and 3 bars/restaurants in the next building.

The apartments are badly in need of an upgrade. Stayed many times, but the apartment this year was below par. Shower was an issue, 1 bedroom had no wardrobe, no lock on bathroom door, an electric socket was loose

Bath was dirty and had grime from years just stuck to it. No toilet paper, no iron. Very limited. You make your own beds, no towels. Staff are very unhelpful. Much better places locally at better prices.

The size was decent and place was clean. Bath in bathroom was filthy. I wouldn’t have a bath in there.

I liked that our apartment looked over pine trees and the beach was very close just beyond the pine trees. It was clean and well equipped. Useful supermarket nextdoor with fresh bread. Not far to walk to harbour area or bus stop. Swimming pool was large and usually quiet

Everything. 217 € per night and you must pay for everything. Towels, airconditioner, wifi. No soap. No communication with staff. Old furniture, extractor hood torn out, bed set should make by yourself.

-Check in far too late (4pm) and check out too early (11am), very inflexible with checking in before 4pm, plus reception was close for 3h. -We weren't given blankets and pillows when we needed them. We called an after hours number and she said there was nothing she could but she took note so next morning someone could assist us but no one came. - Beds were uncomfortable and creaky. - Swimming pool really cold and most of sandbeds were broken.

Location is great, 2min from the beach. Quiet area (no noise from parties). Very big terrace where you can sit and relax. There is a super market next door.

The apartment house is so old, shabby and worn out. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything from the neighborhood. The kitchen hood was missing, or there was the engine with a huge tube. It allows the neighborhood kitchen smells to come to our kitchen. All the odors!!! We got a dishwashing kit, but there wasn't a small soap. For this huge amount of money we had to put the bed. The apartment surrounding was dirty. In general the apartment worn out.

The location is good, and the pool too. The air con was clean but we need to pay for it. The supermarket and good restaurants was close.
