The room were not really very well insulated and you could hear all people on the coridor and when anyone was entering a nearby room. The beds were having a spring mattress which was not too comfortable.

Everywhere on the street there was a free parking and there was no problem in finding a parking spot.

The apartment was spacious with a balcony and a sea view. A lot of storage space with plenty of hangers. The rooms were nicely furnished. Altogether the apartment had a modern and clean look.

Every single time we must have logged in to get wi fi, that seemed to us pretty annoying. But this is a tiny thing, everything the rest was for 10.

There was no double bed, and they easily moved apart if pushed together Inconvenient Internet connection, you constantly need to reconnect after returning from a walk

If you want a hairdryer you must ask at the reception. You will get one little, old style airdryer but it was ok after all. The bathroom is quite small, with a tiny bathtube, they have a water heater so be careful cause the warm water runs out quickly . The soap ran out very quickly the second day, we didn"t ask for another cause we were out in town. The bed and the pillows were not so comfortable. Very thin walls, we heard a lot of noise out there . The breakfast had very few options, but was acceptable.

We stayed 2 nights there. Our apartament was clean, spacious and had a lot of facilities ( fridge, microwave etc- we didn't need to use them). The neighborhood is vey quite and is located not so close to the centre, around 1 km walking but that didn't bother us cause we love walking down the streets. Parking is free, right in front of the hotel. To sum up, it was ok not extraordinary, but the price was very good for Puerto de la Cruz. Even if there were few things I didn't feel comfortable with, the hotel is nice,it was worth staying here for 2 nights to explore Puerto de la Cruz.

The internet connection was very complicated and limited and most of the time we didn't use it. The couch was broken and would not stretch. The card for the apartment was brocen and couldn’t pull-out, but we still had a great time!

The beds were not so confortable, they were on wheels and moving together with us. We had a very noisy sheet (I think was the kind used for kids), we took it off so we could sleep.

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and with enough variety of food. Free parking right in front of the hotel.

The only drawback was the room with a "view" into the wall (no natural light) and the inability to ventilate the bathroom, had to open the balcony otherwise the whole room smelled damp.

Fine accommodation with excellent breakfast. all in all we recommend it. Quiet, nice place.

Some maintenance issues like all rooms have twin beds (no double beds 🤔) and one of our mattresses was not in a food condition. The bathroom window was stuck and not closing. The wifi connection keeps dropping and problems with logging into on demand channels on TV like Netflix and Prime. However, they were very helpful, and patient and fixed most of the issues after we raised them.

Nice location, clean rooms, adequate facilities, friendly people. Check in and check out was a breeze. Free parking is available on the street in front. We had no problem finding a place to park on any of the days.

With kids it’s a little bit struggle to walk from the city centre uphill to the hotel. Anyways, taxi cost like 5,50€ to the hotel.

Everything was smooth and nice. My wife was really sick when we arroved to the hotel more than two hours before the check-in time but the staff organised room for us immediately. We really appreciate at.

Due to reservation on the mountain we had an early leaving, before breakfast, and there was no problem to get an early breakfast and check out. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The Wifi was frustrating however I understand there was some issues related to it that was out of their control and they certainly assisted us to ensure we were able to obtain access to it.

The place was clean, with comfortable beds, and ample parking on the street. It was easy to get to and the staff were all very helpful and kind; assisting us with places to go and ideas about exploring the island. The pool was a wonderful end to our busy days exploring Tenerife. The continental breakfast was superb and varied each day! A great restaurant catering to many locals directly across the street was convenient.

The hotel is located on the hill so it may be tiresome to get to the centre and back by foot. There is a lot of noise coming from the street.

3rd time here for an overnight stay. We live in the South and this our perfect little getaway. Only 5€ in a taxi to the centre, and a nice (but steep) walk down too. All amenities are clean and well thought out. Beds are comfortable and the terraces are lovely. Pool area always clean and the staff are lovely and helpful. Hasta pronto 🙂
