Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

There was a lack of mirrors in this apartment, we had only the bathroom mirror so it was sometimes a pain getting ready.
We actually stayed in Torre Gerona apartments. The location is perfect. Room is very clean and we had a really good view. Collection of the keys is super easy. I would definitely recommend.

Mariscal V11 is not shown on Google maps - any taxi driver keeps taking you to Mariscal 3, 4 or 5, which are a 10/15 min walk up a hill - location of the apartment being uphill from the main Benidorm street, ok if your young but many will require a taxi or mobile scooter - great walking down, not so much going back up
Great value for money, location, walking down into the Main Street of Benidorm Plus only two minutes from Flamingo Beach, for transfer back to the airport

Perhaps a little more Maintainece one of the Shutter Blinds did not work in the Room and the Bedroom one was the same
he Location was ok for us once we found our barings but for some less Mobile they may have struggled with the hill

The whole apartment smelt very strongly of Tabaco making us feel nauseous as non smokers. We had to use 3 bottles of fabric spray and open all the windows to try and get rid of the overpowering smell. The Kettle, microwave and toaster all had to share one socket and be used in the living room as there was no usable sockets in the kitchen.
The shower was very good

Was a little chilly with no heating, then on the last day a heater arrived lol better late than never. Crockery could be updated minor gripe as we were out most days and nights so not that important
Great location and view, good hot water for the shower.

There was nothing about this property that we didn’t like it had everything for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
Quiet location away from all of the hustle and bustle but still with in walking distance if you want that sort of thing.

I was a lone traveller but it said apartment sleeps 4 I wouldn't like to think 4 people were staying there ok for 2 people

Electrical sockets loose, not enough and badly located. Oven and hob were useless and don't work properly. Beds very hard and uncomfortable.

It was not a big deal as stayed everything was clean, but the furniture was a bit outdated. Comfortable, tho. Didn't use the pool as you're not allowed any inflatables, drinks, or food down there! There weren't any beds to lay on either, plus it was always in the shade. Kitchen sockets were in a strange place. On the wall across from the work tops. Had to put the toaster and kettle into the living room on the dining table to be able to use them. Luckily, there were only 2 of us in the apartment as that's where the other 2 beds are and wouldn't be practical to use if people were sleeping in there
Location was perfect for us. About half an hour walk into the old town. 5/10 minute walk down to the beach ⛱️ depending how fast you walk. Apartment was clean and very well equipped, had everything we needed

Cooker took ages to heat up and couldn't tell if it was on or off. There was no toaster. The toilet cistern dripped all night every night which made it hard to sleep.
Was nice and bright with good balcony space. Friendly staff by telephone. Felt safe as travelling alone.
