No explanation on arrival of any of the facilities, where they are, when or if we could book on for breakfast. No instruction on wifi, pool times etc. Sofa bed was not most comfortable, bar frame could be felt through the middle of the mattress throughout sleep

We liked the facilities and location. The staff was also very helpful and professional. What we liked the most, which caught us by surprise, was a very nice gesture from the guest relation manager giving a birthday gift to my sister as we were celebrating her big 30th. Also, the reception team managed to accommodate our request for a room with a sea view which was actually our first surprise.

The bed wasn't comfortable for us. The air conditioning was not working properly. Maybe it was just me being clumsy.

Breakfast was not outstanding. But it was delicious, tasty and of good quality. For example, there could be more types of fruit. All staff were flexible and friendly. The reception staff were extremely professional and nice, cool people. The staff at the bar and around the pools don't speak English very well, but they were nevertheless very nice, helpful and we always understood each other.

the only small thing i would say is they close the pool area off to anyone staying there quite early. i do like to sit at the pool of an evening and chill! unfortunately we couldn’t do this but overall really great!

the stay was lovely. all the staff were really kind and welcoming, which made us all feel very comfortable. probably the most clean hotel/apartment i’ve ever stayed at! outside (pool area) and inside the hotel and rooms! food was pretty good - we only got the breakfast but great for the typical ibiza hangover :).

No double bed just 2 pushed together. Would expect better for the price.

Before we arrived we asked what kitchen utensils were provided in the rooms such as a kettle as well could see a hob in the pictures and it said kitchenette. After emailing the hotel them self they told me ‘no, a kettle isn’t provided’ but upon arrival we found a kettle along with mugs, saucers, cups, pans and cutlery so wasn’t informed correctly about that.

The location was amazing, walking distance to Playa Den Bossa and to the smaller town between the hotel and Old Town. Old Town also very accesible by taxi or a bit of a longer walk. Nightlife/clubs, some are walkable but some need taxis but even to San Antonio it’s only 30 mins in a taxi. Just expect to wait a while from most places to get as a taxi as they are hard to come by so factor in waiting time! Hotel staff were all lovely and very friendly and all spoke English as well. Cleaning of rooms was to s high standard. Pool area lovely and lots of room, very scenic and gorgeous views.

I had a very nice stay, however I didn’t like the fact that the maids still entered in the room even though there was the “do not disturb” paper on the door. It happened twice during my stay

our room was on bottom floor right near the lift so we got literally 0 sleep and spent 5 days functioning like zombies. it sounded like the lift was in our room, possibly the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in you can literally hear every single movement 24/7.

clean, lovely pool area and great location the staff were great. room was exactly as per the picture.
