Hard surfaces made it noisy at times - e.g. noise of furniture being moved travelled through floors at unsociable hours.

Great location - great breakfast buffet. 12 noon check out. Friendly staff.

The handrails on the front steps outside are very wobbly and need fixing.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Comfortable and spacious room. Very helpful staff at reception. Excellent location close to beach, old town and other attractions

Food was poor, we tried the 8th floor and also breakfast, compared to friends at solymar the breakfast was no as good

the main pool is totally shaded no one uses it which is a shame tv very small not enough electric points

Rooms were a bit tired, furniture in dining room I.e. chairs need replacing, seats have all black bits coming off, understaffed as plates not cleared from tables enough. Staff in their dining room not very friendly.

The bar could do with a full time bar staff to help give it some atmosphere. My balcony looked onto another residential block which was ok .

The hotel was great. Food was top notch. The bar could do with some more atmosphere that may be helped with a full time bar person. The balcony looked on to some residential buildings. I didn’t mind but it certainly wasn’t a view you could take a photo and send to your pals at home. Roof pool and bar area was amazing.

See above comments on addition of an iron and kettle. Otherwise great.

The size of the room was fine, I was travelling alone. However fellow guest we quite noisy eg the television was on until early hours of morning and I had an early travel connection. Not much any hotel can do about other guests but rooms were not adequately soundproofed and carpet in corridors didn’t make much difference. But generally facilities in rooms were great. Maybe an iron and kettle would be useful for travellers.

The reception area could be more welcoming. The so called gym pathetic, old equipment that was either out of order too outdated. Would have been nice to have evening entertainment..

We’ve stayed there before and find the location to be superb. It’s clean, and the staff are very polite. Secure parking is available at a reasonable price.

Great location and facilities, we were only there for 2 nights. The breakfast is like a bun fight, and not great quality. the staff in there were very unhelpful.the parking charges which is very common in Calpe I think 30 euros for 2 days ? Ouch
