The ensuite bathroom did not match the standard of the room. The bath/shower needs refurbishment.

Excellent location. Views from room. The Junior suite is a lovely spacious room with views on two sides. The huge bed was the most comfortable ever.

Very generic rooms. Light was broken when I arrived and was only fixed on the last day of my trip (I reported it 5 minutes after I checked in). AC was old and only seemed to do extremes - too warm or too cool.

Pool area. The sky bar being closed the Saturday before we arrived on the 16th Oct & having to go down in the lift to get drinks to bring back up to sun terrace. Tired shower room & rusty stairways.

wheelchair adapted room was good size for my wife to access all areas, as was the hotel itslf. Did not eat or use other facilities at the hotel but were very happy with all the wonderful staff we met/interacted with.

The pool is a little on the smaller side and the room service menu was a bit limited for our liking. The pool bar food was average.

We had to stay several extra days in menorca due to the recent air traffic issues in UK so we just booked this hotel without giving it much thought. Firstly, all of the staff are 10/10 - so friendly and helpful (especially when we realised (at the airport bound for UK) we left a necklace in one of the robes and frantically drove back to the hotel - the front desk staff member went into laundry sifting through all the robes to find it for us!!). The hotel is incredibly clean and spacious in the suite room. Very well equipped gym and nice massage facility too.

Cleaning could be better, especially in between two different stays. Parking is not allowed in the area between 6 pm and 12 am. That should have been informed beforehand. All in all, though our stay was nice, it is quite overpriced for value.

Great location by one of Mahon’s ports with plenty of nice bars and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Good facilities, quiet and calm ambience, courteous staff always ready to help. Breakfast is excellent - varied and delicious.

The pool was a bit too enclosed, meaning it was shaded most of the day. The roof top hot tubs were a good solution to this they but they need more cleaning, the water was quite dirty at times.

The sea view rooms had lovely views, the room was clean and the bed super comfy!

The breakfast is excellent for the variety, quantity and quality of the food. They serve fantastic products of artisan production. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They treated us very well, we received five-star support.

Not enough information on what was on (roof top bar) and also just in general on towels for pool/picnic having to be ordered days before check out. Also evening roof top waiter threw 2 red drinks over me, apologised but then proceeded to laugh. HOWEVER on check out this was addressed and my drink fee waved. Reception staff were very friendly. Improvement suggestion: wardrobe doors too near sink be better on double hinge, also lighting near there could be better.

Everything was VERY clean, the room was good, air con was excellent and cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast selection was good and location to cala fonts is just around the corner. The swimming pool was such a nice little area and relaxing, however the roof top views with the cooling plunge tubs was amazing, you can spend the day up there just looking at the views.

Room was good but a little small, bed was very comfortable, shower floor very slippery when wet (a bit of a problem) could do with some anti-slip stickers or mat, pool was ok but a little small for the size of hotel.

Breakfast and seating areas were good, Maid service was very good especially the water bottle being refilled daily. All staff were great very friendly and helpful. Location was very good and evening entertainment was good.
