United KingdomFood quality at the evening buffet was a bit hit and miss. Starters and salad items were ok but hot food we often found, undercooked and tough meats, fish with lots of bones, bland vegetables /soup. Desserts looked good but rather tasteless. Beware also balcony doors which cannot be opened from the balcony so you risk locking yourself out! Communal corridors felt poorly maintained and devoid of any character.
Great location and excellent reception and pool area. Buffet dining room was nicely decorated and cleaning and waiting staff were all lovely. Good breakfast selection, nice breads, honey, meats, cheese, coffee and drinks. Bedrooms were lovely with good beds, nice bathrooms and a small fridge and kettle.

FranceA little far from the restaurant with many stairs as we were in the royal level section (as we chose a family room) with no access to the royal level restaurant or swimming pool. No access to Netflix as the TV are blocked in hotel mode with no possibility to connect or screen mirror our phone… it would have been great to have the possibility to connect our Netflix session. The hotel is a little far from the beach and the dunes area (30min walk) and not situated in a lively area but close enough to enjoy the coast when needed.
Modern and well decorated! Nice facilities for the whole family (CrossFit with a boxing area, sport room, sun beds, playground, kids club…). Diversified buffet for breakfast and dinner (we chose half board) and nice family room.

United KingdomI had to wait quite a long time to do the check in and I was not informed that I had been upgraded so only found out by chance and I found it confusing. However I do not complain as the room was lovely.
I liked the room and the staff. I was very fortunate to be upgraded to a royal level room as there was no availability in the main hotel. I have to say there is quite a big difference between both and I wouldn't have been as happy if I had been in the other area as it was much busier and the quality of the facilities clearly lower. Staff very friendly and helpful overall.

United KingdomThe cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. The hash browns were rubbery, the bacon hard and chewy and the baked beans and mushrooms were cold. However the cold meats, cheeses, breads and crepes were amazing.
The suite was very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We were only there for one night so didn’t use the facilities but the pool areas and the fitness areas looked great. Dinner had a great range of different food to eat and all was delicious.
