We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CyprusIn the mornings, there was some noise from the cleaning staff, which was a minor inconvenience.
The room was very spacious and clean, with a very large and comfy bed. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. They even left a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate my partner's birthday. The rooftop with the swimming pool was also great for a relaxing drink with a nice view. While the hotel's location was not exactly central to the places we intended to visit, we found it manageable as the metro station was conveniently close by, offering excellent connectivity to all parts of the city.

FranceI found this hotel comfortable and without any issues , but the hotel was not at the standard of the price we paid , we paid 800 Euros for 3 nights . The hotel does not have any restaurant or even snack , the breakfast was really really ordinary , we asked for fried eggs and they said they cant do it ( you cant order anything) , the coffee was not good ( again , you cant order) , so we were not happy with the breakfast . I gave Rate of 8 as the hotel itself and the staff were good , but breakfast rate is 5 considering the price.
The location is good, the rooms are comfortable and clean . Our room was at street side and noisy at night and we asked to change, they changed our room to a not street side one and it was very quite . I booked this hotel to be close to the center and this was the case.

AustriaThe noise from the street was quite loud. I would guess that the windows are not really thick or isolated well enough. So being at one of the two main traffic points of Barcelona, cars passed on at least 3 lanes in one and 3 lanes in the other direction from early in the morning until late in the evening. I had to sleep with ear plugs, but that worked fine for me.
Location very centric at Plaça d’Espanya - I went to an exhibition in Gran Via 2, it took me only three stations in metro. I liked the breakfast, for every taste there is something to find. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Nice hygiene products.

BulgariaActually I was a bit surprised by the taxi booked in advance - as it was advertised there was a guy waiting for us at the Airport, but I was puzzled and a bit worried that the transfer to the hotel was done by a private car, really not very old and clean. In summary - transport back to the Airport with a taxi ordered by the Hotel staff was more comfortable and cost me less than the transport to the hotel with booked in advance taxi.
I can not say even little more because I stay there just a single night, just sleep there and leave early morning before breakfast :-)

AustraliaAir conditioning didn't seem very effective, the room was too warm. Needed to open the outside door to get air flow but then the traffic was very noisy. However this did not spoil our stay. Would still return to Hotel B.
It was right by the metro and so easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were very helpful, friendly & polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a hiccup with a train booking so had to return to the hotel for an extra night. We were straight away able to get into our room again which had just been cleaned. We were very impressed.

Excellent location next to Plaza Espana, easy access to public transport, shopping centre and many restaurants. Perfect for attending concert at Palau Sant Jordi. Very friendly staff. I was able to check-in early and leave my bags after I checked out until my flight. Large room, modern decorations, kettle and coffee/tea, fridge, locker box etc. Good value for money in a very central location.
