Hostemplo Sagrada Familia was clean and quiet and in a great location. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast choices were great - catering for many nationalities. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy during our stay. Our room had a safe and a refrigerator, both were very handy during our trip. It also had air conditioning which made for a comfortable nights sleep. Would highly recommend the hotel. Not far from the Sagrada Familia metro station made it really easy to find. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around making it easy to find plenty of options for lunch and dinner.

The mattress was so uncomfortable. Or maybe old. Idk what was wrong with it. I have done a lot of international travel in different countries and this was one of my least comfortable beds.

The staff, location and the cleanliness are what we liked best. The staff is exceptional. My husband and I needed to buy another suitcase and the man behind the desk was wonderful. He got out the map and we were able to find the store easily. The property was clean and The breakfast in the morning was great!

Room on street level very box like. Breakfast fine but not as good as other hotel in Bilboa. One staff member very helpful others not friendly or helpful.

It was ok but we had to check in at another location and the person on duty was very negative. For example he said we might not be able to get taxis but they are available everywhere

This Hotel was a little confusing as we checked in at one spot and then had to walk around the block to get to the location of our room. Even though it was confusing at first it was fine afterwards and was a great location. The shower was hard to use without getting water all over the floor the glass need to be bigger or add a shower curtain or something. It was a little awkward to walk to the entrance of the suite from the back of the suite where the bedroom is to use the bathroom but it was nice to have a lot of space to spread out.

This was a great property with an excellent location. We had 3 balconies off the living space and bedroom of our suite and had an awesome view of Sagrada Famillia, which you could walk to in 5 minutes. There were lots of shops, convience stores (even a full grocery close by), and lots of restaurants close by as well. Two different subway stops near by. It was nice to have a fridge, kettle, etc.

The hairdryer was very basic (you had to press and hold the button which is quite problematic for people with long hair) and it was turning off every few minutes because of getting too hot.

- Great location: Sagrada Familia is 5 minutes away, a lot of bars, restaurant and cafes, but the hotel is situated in a very quiet street. - Very kind and helpful staff. - You can leave your luggages before check-in and after check-out. - Rooms are cleaned every day (together with towels change).

Did not expect to be on the ground floor, facing the street. Although the street was quiet, it was frustrating not being able to open the windows for fresh air without obvious security concerns.

Couldn’t be in a better location, literally a stones throw from Sagrada Familia. Very quiet street with no traffic noise. Faultless, cleanliness wise. Breakfast selection was really good. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Small and perfectly formed!

Location was perfecto. The lady working the front desk was sooo helpful and nice. She saved us a few times with her help and she did speak english which was helpful. It was close to so much food and sagrada familia which is amazing. Early checkin was not possible to setup via booking.com, but the hotel still turned a room very fast for us so not an issue with the hotel, but rather booking.com

Everything was just amazing.

Amazing all round! Get the room with the spa bath. This hotel felt luxurious, a real treat. Right near Sagrada, with all the comfort and attention for details you could wish for in the rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful too. I’d love to come back here.
