We could have been there longer.

We upgraded to a beautiful room on the 9th floor that had great sea views. The hotel was wonderful and well maintained. The bar had great drinks and incredible food.

We like Calipolis for it's location and goos service. Room was nothing to brag about but overall experience wasn't bad at all. We have now stayed at Calipolis many times but strangely looking at our records, not once have they upgraded us or made us feel any special. Maybe it's their policy.

We wished that the restaurant had more food options.

We loved the location, next to the beach and the center is not very far by foot. The staff was great, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options

The pillows weren’t comfortable even when we requested the softest ones, the bed is hard but it’s obviously down to preference but I like the bed to be slightly more soft and the pillows to be the kind that you sink into.

The location was superb, the staff were great and the sea view is beautiful.

There was nothing I did not like.

I had an amazing, part sea-view room, on the top floor. The balcony was small, but it had a table and chairs, and suited me perfectly. The balcony was the perfect place to watch the sunset whilst having a glass or two of wine. The hotel's location could not have been better.

The only issue we had was that some renovation work was being carried out what seemed to be in the room directly above us, so every morning from 8am banging and drilling would start. It stopped over the weekend, naturally as it was also NYE but for the end of the trip started up again. Explained to staff upon checkout.

Perfect location, modern throughout and spacious rooms, we had a side seat view balcony room which was worth the extra money. Staff super friendly and the breakfast was brilliant, will definitely be returning here!

There was a large bathroom without a bidet or bath. I have been in better facilities in 3 * hotels. 6' wide bed that took up most of the room. The room was quite expensive for its size and I think a premium was put on the view, but of course one does not live on the balcony. Breakfast although ample with an amazing choice let the customer down with the 'hot' breakfast that was invariably lukewarm. Lighting was poor in the room everything was subdued.

Hotel positioned on the sea front with excellent views. Rooms were kept spotless. Staff friendly. Safe in Room. Lovely seaside town, there are lots of walks. Bar/restaurant choice is excellent. I noticed that there were plenty of options for vegans. There is a thriving shopping centre with lots of boutique shops. We also happened on a nudist beach for those who want to let it hang loose.
