Not the hotels fault at all but the parking is an issue, we tried to reserve hotel parking but this is obviously in short supply. In the peak months, it could be worth having a shuttle from the car park at the bottom to the hotel (shared with the other hotels there) but this obviously might not be feasible!

Love the room, don't think there is a room there with a bad view! All the staff were happy and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and a brilliant balcony. Cleaning didn't happen every day but I prefer this! The pool was nice and refreshing. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times, good portions with good prices.

The bar shut at 22.00 hours but don’t know if it stays open longer in peak season. The climb to the hotel was awful to walk especially in the heat Only one way in and out to the hotel no shortcut (it’s in middle of mountains)Taxis were available but if you like walking takes the pleasure away from it

The prices at the bar are a lot higher.

Everything about the place. I have been going there every year since 2010. With the exception of 2020, 2021 and 2022, due to the pandemic. Back to normal now though. I meet up with the same crowd of friends every year.

That the apartments are at the top of hill That you need to walk up and down to get to around.

Lovely staff, beautiful views, fully furnished apartment with literally everything you can think off even dishwasher tablets was included. amazing big comfortable bed. Massive balcony. The parking is a bit of a problem but plenty of spaces at the bottom of the hill. Pool is a bit small but it was not crowded so it’s worked just fine. Barraquito at the bar was amazing

It is a hilly position so car hire is probably advisable but they do offer regular buses for the market etc.

Lovely accommodation, regulat change of towels and bed linen made it really relaxing.

Limited free parking but you can pay 5€ a day to reserve a space.

Lovely room over 2 levels and well equipped.Extra large balcony with fantastic views of the bay.Staff were great.Nice pool and bar.Will definitely return.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like everyone and everything was fantastic

The staff at CCB go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen has everything in it for a self catering holiday and everything is spotlessly clean. Everyone is so friendly Taurito is a really nice place with shops bars restaurants. The pool is great and clean.round the pool area is really spacious with loads of comfy Sun loungers. There is a life guard on too at all times when pool is opened. We had the best stay and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Gran Canaria.

Everything was Exceptional

We had a really great time beds are really comfy. The staff are exceptional. So friendly and made our holiday special. rooms are brilliant plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Balcony has loads of space. We are all booked up 3 times for this year and 2 times beginning next year. Cecile Cristobal Laura Katarzyna Ignasio and Arrianna and Matias and all of the cleaning and maintenance staff are brilliant. Can’t wait to go back later this year.

There is no free Parking at the hotel and paid option limited to few cars. Usually left the car some 600m from hotel, but it was nice walk up/down the hill. There is small, beautiful sandy beach near hotel, but you need to walk some 20-25 min.

Very responsive and caring reception team. We had 2 floor 2 bedroom appartment with large terrace. Kitchen was well equiped with all necessary. Heated swimming pool was very nice addition. Beautiful, sandy beach not far from hotel and water park for kids.

Nothing to dislike but shop a little pricey so only used it a little bit and for essential stuff before we went to the main resort supermarket

the appartment directly close to the public street - and also the guests passing our open fence - most of the time. PARKING can be a problem - as it was not possible to reserve parking for 8€. I had to park my car 1000 meter down hill - and walk all the way back - and same when pick up car - walk 1000 meter downhill - and drive back to pick up my wife. That was really NOT funny

We have stayed at this place before. And actually it has been in better placed appartment. This time it was the lowest row of buildings, which means it is with the walkway just in front of the open fence - and then with direct view through fences to the road where buses pass by every 10 minutes. More high up and far from the street is much much better.

The only thing that I didn't like was the treak to the laundries. Everything else good.

Our apartment 501 was lovely, equipped for our needs and spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. Food and cocktails were OK. Receptionist staff very good.

The amount of steps could be a problem for some.

For January the pool was warm and easy to get into The terrace was a really good size with sunbeds, table and chairs and a great sea view
