The hotels cleanliness was satisfactory, however everyone we met out there including us had a negative opinion on the bathroom as all our bathrooms stank of sewage. Furthermore, all inclusive doesn’t actually get you a lot at the hotel…

The location is really good, there’s a strip just up the road and a beach less than a 5 minute walk away. The staff are all lovely, very polite and very helpful. We stayed in an apartment and it was really nice for the money.

The front office was shambolic , when we arrived one person trying to book in a long que of people . The events and spa person was almost never at his desk . All in all I would say the hotel need to improve the front of house . The food was good not particularly Spanish but ok . There was plenty of it . The most odd thing was you could drink free from 10- 10 all day but had to pay for water Which did my head in as the water in the rooms was undrinkable . I would have thought given that they would have put drinking water in the apartment 🤷‍♀️. Anyway good value and great family resort

The air on seemed to have been switched off as soon as the occupancy fell. It became unbearable to be in the apartment for even a short amount of time. Having spoken to reception over two days, nothing was done about it. The food in the restaurant was good but pretty much the same each day apart from the last day. Also, the outside lighting on our block was terrible, leaving it quite unsafe to wander back on your own as most light switches didn’t work.

Location was good being close to a few coves with beaches. The hotel itself was ok, the food was quite good, not much variety, particularly for vegetarians. The pools were nice and the studios were quite spacious.

The rooms are now becoming a little tired need a refurbishment for the money being paid. Could be made much better with good quality paint and decorating.

Air con didn’t work and neither did the safe, but these issues were not important to us as we had not planned to use either.

Very nice location near to two beaches and Es Forti, a beautiful historic fort. Good value for money.

Entertainment team was awesome, specially Bruna and Antoine. Very friendly and welcoming 😁 night shows were incredible 🤩 Also loved the pizzas from one of the restaurants 😋

we were in a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment which was supposed to have a terrace but this consisted of a table and chairs plonked onto a patch of earth outside the door with no privacy. upper floors had lovely balconies with loungers!

The room was comfy and clean. There was a good selection of food at the buffet and most of it was good quality. Evening entertainment was cheesy but fun.

- Salty water in the shower, kitchenette - must buy 5L water outside of hotel to make coffee or clean the teeth with - We faced some problems with opening the door of the room, we need to check several time if the door were closed, many time they closed but they were not locked. After opening/closing several times then door locked. This is very dangerous as many people are in the hotel and you have in the room all passports, belongings. - Not enough sun beds by the pool (people put towels on sunbeds in the morning) and hotel didn't do anything about it, told us to come earlier, but when if in the morning all sunbeds were reserved by towels and people came afternoon but all day they were reserved for nothing; (awful experience) - 5EUR must pay for remote control at reception as deposit otherwise you can use the TV in the room - drinks were expensive at hotel

Breakfast & dinner was good, hotel has nice with pool, unfortunately not enough sunbeds for all customers (see below more details). Stuff was very friendly. Bus stop near by "Cala Egos" to get to Cala d'Or much nicer beaches as the two close by. Good connection to the public bus to Palma (hotel didn't want to tell us abut the public bus station, they prefer to get taxi which they will call for you for 200 EUR or bus 1x per day if full with people from hotel for 20 Eur, but didn't tell us about public bus stop within 7 min walk for 7 EUR to Palma/person or 15 Eur to Airport. You have to go from Cala Egos to Campus bus & then connecting bus within 2 minutes later from Campus to Palma Main Bus Station or Palma Airport --> this journey took us 25 min first bus to Campus & 45 minutes from Campus to Palma . Don't understand why they didn't mention this - I guess they want to get money for them selves.)

The hotel is tired and really needs modernization. Our doors on our room needed to be fixed on the first day, second day the ac in bedroom stopped working. Plug sockets were broken and one of the days the electric didn’t work in the block which was very annoying. Also the room keys stopped working and the machine at reception broke

we had a ground floor garden room facing the pool which was handy as it had its own sun loungers in the garden. The hotel is walking distance to many shops and restaurants which is handy.

I didn't like the view from my apartment. My block was located in a very quiet part of the hotel, which was a little too quiet for me. However, I was glad I wasn't in the very noisy area by the stage. Not enough beds by the pool.

The size and layout of the apartment was good. The location was good, between two good beaches and close to some good restaurants. The apartment was cleaned most days, to a good standard. The pools were good.

Impossible to get a lounge at any of the pools. Too many kids constantly running around especially during shows, very distracting. Saw 4 shows 2 very good 2 not worth staying for.

The room was clean & comfortable but the location of room 6201 was awful. Ugly roof was the view when you walked out of the room. At night when returning to my room the lights on the walkway didn’t work so very dark. The balcony was nice.

Drinks was expensive, cocktails was expensive and not nice,, towels not replaced when dirty ones was taken. Lift wasnt working properly.

A big group of young children arrived as part of a football league and made a lot of noise for two days, disturbing the peace. Would have been nice to be notified of this, but appreciate that it was a one-off and I had requested a room change which led to us being put near them!

Been here several times before, so we like the hotel and location. We requested a sea view room as these are quieter and more private. On arrival, we didn't have one so I asked to be moved. Eventually, we were allocated a sea view and this made our stay. The hotel don't have to do this for us, so did really appreciate it.

The plug position in the kitchen there was only one plug right beside the sink so you had to strecth the lead of the kettle or toaster across the sink to plug it in which I thouht was very dangereous. It blew the electricity a few time in our room and once blew the whole block of appartment, Only one lift working in our block for the whole week.

One bedroom appartment had plenty of room for 3 adults, our room overlooked the pool to the back and the evening time entertainment. The Hotel is a 2 min walk to the main strip for shops and resturants and about 5-10mins to one of the beaches.
