Room had a couple cockroaches and the aircon did not work at all. Made noise and said it was on however no cold air blew out. Was fine in April but imagine this would be too hot in the height of summer.

The food was expensive and not good. We went out to eat at places around there.

Sunbeds was available everyday, it is very clean in the hotel and the swimming pools. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location within walking distance to places that we wanted to go to.

10-15 minutes to the closest beach, but we needed that walk after a strong big breakfast. :) And also a small downside is that you have to pay additionaly for wifi in your room, as well as for pool towels, but it was not expensive.

Our studio had everything we need. Very nice kitchen, comfy beds, and big bethroom. Nice swimming pool area and a solid buffet breakfast. Very big market across the street.

Shower wasn't as big as pictured which was a shame but very nice soap was provided for the bathroom.

Location is good, directly behind a huge Mercadona and mini shopping complex, good access to bus stops, only a short walk to the main beaches. The multiple sunbed areas were a treat on the third floor, nice and quiet.

Food - not great and 15 euros for breakfast was not worth the money. Costs - Having to pay 1 euro a day for towel rental and 5 euros a day for WiFi after paying over 210 euros a night for room seemed a bit unfair.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Large private pool in swim up room was great.

Not having a balcony but that was my fault

Very clean, I was in a loft room which I don't remember booking as it doesn't have a balcony but it was absolutely fine for 4 nights and you are next to the sun deck so it's no problem

I booked a room with a balcony. Prior to departing I contacted the hotel as they sent me an email stating that the room was a loft room with no balcony. They said that it was not there issue and I should contact Booking.com. I did this but got no reply from Booking.com. all the rooms advertised on the booking.Com website advertised rooms with balconies. Very disappointed with booking.com. be careful what they advertise and what you get.

Most of the staff were very helpful, especially as I lost my phone and they helped me retrieve it. I am very thankful for that. Overall they were very good and very pleasant.

These apartments & complex are very dated they could do with a revamp everywhere. Although there's a fantastic supermarket nearby there's no bars or restaurants nearby apart from the ones on the complex. Had to pay extra for the safe & Internet in the room.

Everywhere was kept very clean & all the staff we met were lovely. The bedroom was a good size with ample storage & beds were comfy.

Great location in a quiet part of town but only a 10 minute stroll to Playa Las Vistas. 2 minute walk to a shopping mall with a couple of Bar/Cafes and a full blown supermarket.

Staff at reception aren’t overly friendly or welcoming and didn’t tell us anything on arrival other than that we had to wait a while for our room to be ready.

Room was spotless clean and cleaned regularly. Pool area was immaculate and well maintained. Perfect location for a quiet and relaxing break
