The room was very basic and the bed, although comfy was quite noisy. There was bad repair to a tile in the shower room. Also it was only seperated from the bedroom with a frosted glass door, so if you needed the facilites in the night or early morning you couldn't see unless you turned on the light and then it illuminated the bedroom. All this considered it was still a lovely hotel and I would recommend.

The location was perfect for a first Visit to Valencia as it was central to the beach, old town and also close to the science center. There was a large shopping center conected with many eateries too. The breakfast was absolutly perfect, the staff worked so hard to keep the food provoded and it was lovely and fresh. The air conditioning was really effective and the aloe toiletries was nice also.

Came to Valencia for the half ironman race and location was perfect just near T2. Having a mall and supermarket just underneat was great

Price was slightly higher than i would expect from this type of hotel. From the street level, we had difficulty to reach the entrance of the hotel; they could have provided better explanation via email before arrival.

It may have just been our room, but the bed was very uncomfortable. Although large enough for two adults, we could feel every spring and if one of us moved at all, you could literally hear the “boing” of the mattress each time. The hotel is in a great location for the science park and activities there, but not centrally located when it comes to the town- it’s about a half hour walk if you don’t stop (so with kids, add at least another 20 minutes if not more)- public transportation did go into the city centre but took just as long, so we ended up doing a walk/taxi back combo most days. Not an issue at all for some, but just something to flag for families :)

No kettle in room, no access to the iron (just expensive service available), not many tv programs available,unworkable bed lamps design, window view (wall of another building), sliding glass door to the bathroom, curtains - too big and dusty

The hotel is well located near the ciudad de las artes y de las ciencias, shops and great variety of restaurants and cinema. It's within a 30 mins tram ride to the old city. The accommodation and breakfast was perfect for a weekend visit. Plenty of free parking locally.

The room was too small for 3 people. No proper wardrobe to store luggage and clothes: only a rack that was full of hungers, unusable, though, due to a pillar near them. The additional single bed was like a folding bed added to a double room, basically. No toiletries, only soap. I would not recommend it for staying longer than one night.

Great location for driving from Valencia, on main road, Hotel right there and then same road opposite direction to Barcelona. Easy to locate and drive to and from.

Receptionist made me wait for 1hr 45min in Lobby to get my key. I arrived early as due to my flight. I did mentioned I might arrive but early. Last time I was here I had no problem with key. She ask me if I wanted double or twin I said double but i got twin

Unfortunately one of the guests at the same floor thought they were home and kept their door constantly open for kids to run on the corridor back and forwards shouting really loud, during our last night they especially been playing opening and closing the door with their card for quite long. But that's nothing to do with the hotel it was most parental issues... The only thing I was missing in the room was the kettle..

Very clean and modern hotel, staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially overwhelmed by the cleaning staff very friendly and detailed. You will get to the beach by bus line no 19. If u get an app called free now works like UBER, to the city center I have been charged 7.80 euro, but check the drivers and their review as one overcharged me going from city center to the beach... Different money on the meter and 3 Euro more taken by the app... Hotel is located above the shopping center, 10min walking distance to different shopping mall , hemispheric, museum of since and and oceanographic. In the Museum of since you will spend quite a lot of time so don't book any other attractions that day.
