We got to the property at 2pm, which is when the check in is first available until 5pm, but actually we were surprised that the reception was closed and that there was nobody there to receive us. The keys were left for us in an envelope with my name on it and the man from the bar gave it to us. There is no WiFi. There are some rooms in the hotel that have broken doors and have holes in the door lock, we don’t know why, and it was a bit weird. Overall we didn’t mind that much.

The rooms have a small kitchen and the items necessary to cook except for a colander. The views are spectacular, better than what you see in the photos. The room was very clean. The pool is very big and there are plenty of deck chairs. The price of the room is very affordable.

There is no shower gel or shampoo, bring your own. Bedroom is on the rock side, so we slept on a couch in the living room. The only place to buy drinks or food is in the pool bar which opens about 1p.m. so no morning coffee :( Smell... On the way to hotel next to the ocean and sometimes in the pool area, or in your room if you leave balcony open.

It is a very nice location and a very helpful staff. Cleaning is also very good. The swimming pool has no heating. The location is very nice, but the apartments are in need of renovation. Due to this, the price was not too high.

Personally didnt like the poolside flat hence asking for change, no view although I recognise if you had kids they would be very easy. The lights in corridor were on all night. We had to put paper over window as light shone in very brightly. Air con quite noisey but you can take key card out to switch off but will cut electricity.

The whole resort has very little easy car parking.

It’s a a budget half of a posher hotel, but no worse for that. Access is a bit weird with no roads outside the hotel so it’s a short walk from a small parking area. Once into the hotel it’s really good, all the balconys overlook the garden and then out to sea. Sitting on the balcony or in bed with the sliding door open you get a gentle sea sound. The rooms were good with just enough stuff to make your stay comfy.

The staff was always smiling, very kind and very helpful when approached. The hotel was right on the beachfront with very nice beach and stunning sunsets. The hotel was excellent choice to relax and recharge: peaceful and clean. The pool at the bar played music and sometimes live, but never too loud or disturbing. We had a ground floor studio with direct access to the pool and sunbeds in our patio. The 4-star hairdryer, the bidet and the walk in shower were a plus! 🤩 If you book on time it can be an excellent value for money. We would definitely come back at the soonest!

Music from next door Labranda hotel can be noisey when they have morning aerobics or zumba. Fortunately, doesn't last long.

Directly on the beach. All rooms have a sea & pool view. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. A few local resturaunts & bars. Only 8 eur by taxi into Puerto Rico if looking for something livelier. Plenty sunloungers & brollies all well spaced out. No morning rush to reserve a sunbed here. Pool bar open 12 - 5pm for light meals & drinks.

STAY Location of this hotel is convenient. Some parking is available for no additional fees. There is a nearby (five minute walk) beach, but outside the hotel, there is only rocks and unattractive/discarded man made trash and a dead end to a walkway. PHOTO Pool and outdoor facilities are adequate. The room … spacious. Accommodated three people well. Fresh linen/towels were provided. However the floor in this room was filthy! In addition to the anticipated layer of sand, there was even food around one leg of the bed. Housekeeping offered new towels, but stated they, “cannot not sweep or vacuum”PHOTO The window in the bathroom window is convenient, but damaged, with no arms to limit its travel. It’s ether all the way closed or all the way open and susceptible to breach, theft or invasion by eagles. The number of outlets are adequate, but you’ll have to decide whether you want to watch tele or use the lamp. PHOTO An additional (large) refrigerator was in the room. Perhaps for larger groups or longer stays. For us, just wasted space. Like the unserviceable lamp standing next to it. PHOTO Basic appliances are available. However, the coffee maker was filthy. The toaster does not work and the dishes, while enough, had to be washed before use (PHOTO) Finally, while well positioned, facing East (sunrise), I must say I’ve never felt closer to the sun. From 7:00 to 14:30, expect to be subjected to excessive heat rays unyielded by any kind of protection. There is not protective second skin on the curtain provided in the room. Standing outside, it appeared ours was the only room like this. PHOTO In all, a decent stay if you’re ready to lower your expectations.

Room was terrible, out of date and really run down, the room needs a complete renovation to bring it up to date. Air con was awful and stunk, door handles falling off and no corridor lighting to your room so you have to use your phones light to stop you tripping and finding your key hole, as for bathroom well you have to hold the shower head to shower as has no where to hang from.

The pool was great, big and clean but cold.
