The bed could have been more comfortable and you are relatively close to the neighbours, if you are on the balcony at the same time with them (not so much privacy). The gym air condition was not turned on.

Lack of wardrobe/drawer space in room. Whilst the room as spacious and the bed was really comfortable it was a bit tired and the cleaning could have been better.

Plenty of room in the pool area, never any issues getting a sunbed. Large spacious room. Reception staff were fantastic.

We absolutely adored our stay in Santa Ponsa at Sendtido Fido Punta del Mar! The location & views were breathtaking and the hotel was a perfect base to explore the island. Will 100% be back and recommend highly!

Nothing! The first day had the healthy breakfast option which included smoothies we loved. They only do it 3 times a week so we missed it on the days it wasn’t available but that is the only criticism whatsoever.

This hotel offers the best of everything - the most stunning views, the friendliest staff, very large and comfortable staff, walking distance to everything including some local shops and a lovely selection of restaurants. The spa is fab for a relaxing morning/afternoon and the food is absolutely incredible.

Parking is really challenging(especially if you have bigger car) and extra charged. We had breakfast included and what I didn’t like was that I was not able to finish my breakfast in the room (I have some pineapple and melon to finish) and personel didnot allowed me to take it upstairs, so I believe it was thrown away and wasted. I understand that you cannot take full meal to your room but this was some pineapple leftovers. Room was a little bit oldish - the bathroom mainly.

The view from room was amazing and everyday sunset spectacle. Hotel is in great location, spa and pool area are also amazing.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Just a tiny suggestion to please add the activities like the yoga and archery to the website because they were fun and it's shame they are not on the website.

The staff were the best. From the receptionists to the waiters and waitresses at the bar and restaurant, to the cleaning crew and Christian who planned various interesting fun activities at the hotel. It would be lovely to have these activities he organized added to the website so that people can plan in advance. The location was quiet, beautiful and I absolutely loved the views. Highly recommend.

Like the spa but was a bit disappointed about buttons of few massage equipment was broken, the pool was not the cleanest, and the paint around it was comming off. Last year at ours stay leasure area looked perfect, but not this year.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms and services very good. Outside pool,bar and blue bar at the evenings was lovely. .
