I didnt read the booking in information. We got a taxi from the airport to the apartment. Rang the number to see where we collect the keys to be told we have to collect them in a hotel 15mins walk away. We also had to pay a €300 deposit. Completely my fault it was all on the booking in information that I didn't read.

The views were amazing, the apartment had a top class finish. So comfortable. So modern. Everything you need. We noticed the 2nd day there was no kettle so I messaged the hotel on booking.com and when we returned that evening a kettle was sitting on the counter.

Very bad underground parking, very small spaces, access is really problematic, high risk of damage to the car. The bed in the room is very weak and not robust.

Great location, away from shops cafes or clubs. Very quiet and peaceful.

The apartments are a 10 minute walk from the hotel we cillected keys from. Fantastic views direct line of beach. The amazing roogtop pool area is pretty quiet and private a lot of the day. The only other person tthere was a guy with his dog who took over one pool entirely. Then there were a family with a few smaller children(5c 3yr-8 yr old who took over the other pool entirely. Even tbough there is a sign saying NO DOGS or children under 10 at the roof pool.

Spent a fortune on general kitchen cleaning products..ie Kitchen Spray/Anti bac,washing up liquid,washing clothes tabs,liquid hand soap,would have loved a teatowel and a hoover,we did sweep and mop floors everyday.Left all these products behind wouldn't have minded paying extra for necessities instead of wasting them so kitchen welcome basket could be reviewed

The location is superb, quiet area within 15 mins walk of lively bars and entertainment. Supermarket 10 minuite walk away. Beautiful beach is literally on your doorstep and roof pool is great with amazing views. Kitchen well equipped with all you need. Apartment was spotless, cannot fault. Clear communication prior to arrival meant we knew where to pick up the keys which is a 15 min walk from the apartment. Great value for the time of year. As you have to leave the apartment clean more cleaning materials should be provided, very wasteful to have to buy these to throw away when leaving. Did not bother us to much but the addition of a hair dryer and WiFi would be brilliant.

The kitchen was poorly equipped and no kettle. Heavy smell of smoke in apartment which required 2/3 days of us being in apartment and letting air flow to rid. These sadly let down the apartment otherwise a gem.

Great location,great size of flat. Pool amazing on roof. A real gem. Shower was amazing as was the jacuzzi bath. Would stay again.

Check in with Hotel Aragon was very straightforward and the hostess were very kind. We had a very good stay. Views are perfect, it is calm and the surroundings are convenient for a family trip to Tarragona.

No Wifi. What hotels/apartments don't provide Wifi in this day and age?? Having to collect the keys at the Hotel reception. This was an inconvenience and added time to our commute. We had to walk to hotel from bus stop, wait 20 mins at reception then walk another 20 minutes to apartment. Having to pay a €300 deposit after paying for the stay up front at arrival. This added an expense onto the holiday. Also, there was the concern that we might not get it back if apartment was not left clean enough. Added a bit of stress to holiday

Clean, modern apartment with an amazing view of the sea. Great balcony and windows in which to take in the amazing views. Friendly staff and cleaner was very nice and helpful when checking out.

There is no wifi internet The lift stoped 2 times during our stay (10 days) The parking is very small for big cars and Vans, I crashed a little part of my car (Mercedes Vito) ..

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!! It is not safe and has a history of theft without break ins! The building appears like fort knox (3 locked doors). It is marketed a family only apartment, 4 star. Despite this there is a history of theft from apartments without break in. Our apartment was fully locked while we were at the pool and we had a substantial sum of cash stolen by somebody who was able to access the apartment while the doors and windows were locked and our key was in our possession. Manager of HOTEL REGENTE ARAGON who manages the property told us this had never happened before, but we have now found this to be untrue. Read the reviews on booking.com site Aug ‘22, July ‘21, similar Robberies and theft mentioned on those dates! We were only issued 1 set of Keys at check in. Evidence on booking.com review shows other guests given 2 sets in the past. There is NO security, keybox or safe in the apartment, please see reviews June 2023 July 22 and many other reviews highlighting these complaints. There has been no action from the Hotel since the initial reviews in 2021 to rectify these complaints. In all cases including ours the manager passing the blame to the clients for not double locking the door and leaving it susceptible to ‘professional thief’s’ (hotel managers words to us!). In our case there was no guidance from the owners to double lock the apartment and it didn’t seem necessary anyway in a building that appeared like fort knox and was marketed as family only. Fully paid in advance, we remained the final 3 nights of our holiday with 2 children knowing somebody had entered the apartment and that ‘professional thiefs’ (the owner/managers words) were operating in the building. This building is not safe and not suitable for families or children as people in the building are entering the apartments. The owners/manager fobbed us off and led us on for 3 days until we checked out and then emailed to tell us that we were at fault.
