Location good, near 2 metro stations and bus stop if needed. 2 bathrooms in our apartment which was good if one was in the other bathroom.

Boiler couldn't deal with us all having a shower so had to wait 30mins or so between people showering which was a bit difficult but manageable! Blinds are thin so make sure you bring an eye mask if you can't sleep with lights etc!

Loads of room in the apartment! We were a group of 5 and had plenty of space! Fully equipped kitchen was useful Lift and having 2 bathrooms was a great bonus! We really enjoyed our stay here and will use it again

A little dated compared to photos but had an old world Spanish charm. Quite noisy outside and from other apartments. Cracked tile in bathroom. Cramped lift suited to property age.

The company running the flat bombard you with correspondence in multiple forms. The person who was supposed to meet us with the key was an hour late and we were left standing out on the pavement wondering what was happening. We also found a cockroach in the flat.

The check-in/out process and overall amount of communication via the app before and during the stay was excessive and hard to navigate. It took several attempts to call and get through upon landing, which meant we were waiting for a while before the host arrived (the host was lovely though!). Air Conditioning was only in the main living room, so the furthest bedrooms did not benefit, had to position fans to get any cool air circulating through the whole apartment.

Location and value for money was great, the apartment was as described and a very good size for 3 adults with our own rooms.

As on site you can see mix of the photos from two different apartments in the same building (different furniture in living rooms, different kitchens, different showers) - so while booking, ask hosts which exactly apartment you will have. And then everything will be clear from the very beginning. Thin walls. You can hear what your neighbors are talking and also have in mind that now (April 2023) there are construction works on Comte Borrell street as well as in all Barcelona 😊 We would appreciate if there would be even few capsules for coffee machine. Also would be great if there would be some sugar, salt and pepper. Otherwise you have to buy all these things or to bring with you. Also would be good if there would be more than one garbage bag and more than 2 very small shower gel bottles (30 ml) - definitely not enough for 3 people for 4 days. The rest was absolutely good - thank you once more for our vacation!

We were three older women - seniors, so the most important thing for us was the closiness to the center. Location is really good - 20 min. walking to Placa de Catalunya and 15 min. to Placa d'Espanya. Metro Urgell is close and Aerobus stop (shuttle from and to BCN-El Prat airport) is very close too. Check-in and check-out was superb. Key host came on time and was very kind. There is an elevator in the building, which saves tourists' legs. We stayed in Apartment with Balcony (Sofia 1) - spacious, sunny, good wi-fi, well equipped kitchen and normal dining table. Two showers, very comfortable beds and new soft towels. There IS a hot water, you just need to have some patience! 😉 We enjoyed our stay, thank you, team! 🖤

Some things were chipped, didn't bother us but maybe not great for families with children. The dinning area not very stable. Normal chair and table would be much better. Tiny shower gel available. Not enough for the stay. Only one soap available between two bathrooms.

Very large apartment in a very good location. Easy to check in and out with instructions sent via email and able to contact the EnjoyApparetments over an app. Very easy to get in touch. Kitchen facilities good. We had everything we needed to make a breakfast.

Although we arrived early, we gave adequate notice of our arrival and reminded the "key holder" of our arrival time when we departed the airport. We again phoned when we arrived at the apartment but still had to wait an hour before he showed. He also didn't have good knowledge of the apartment. The larger bathroom had cracks in the tiles and signs of water damage. The window louvers could use a re-paint and repair. We stayed for two weeks and were disappointed to learn that there was no towel or sheet replacement after one week. Unfortunately, after a few days, construction in the street produced a lot of noise and made it uncomfortable to remain in the apartment. The key gave problems opening the door at times. The agents have an online presence and were difficult to communicate with. I prefer a face to face experience. The web site does not give a true representation of which apartment you will get, nor do the agents give you an insight once you have booked,

The location of the apartment is great. There are many restaurants nearby and it is about 10 blocks from Placa Catalunya and Placa Espanya. It is also quite close to bus and train stops. It presented clean and comfortable and is a good size for four persons. The kitchen was well equipped although we never cooked. We found the washing machine very handy. This apartment has a street view and balcony. We appreciated it but others need to be aware that this comes with a good bit of street noise.

Well, first there is no reception nor cleaning service offered during the whole stay, Cleaning fees were taken but not once the apartment was cleaned; showering was really a mess, hot and cold water at the same time, and when we reported it via whats app no one came to check but they offered not to take the city tax as a courtesy since also the check in process was not smooth, we had to call before our arrival for someone to hand us the keys and then this personnel knew nothing , and explained nothing and we had to explore the apartment by ourselves. wifi was good, but in General, if you book this apartment you are all by yourself! If something happens no one will be there for u.

The apartment was beautiful, modern but yet, it was not the apartment as shown in our booking. we booked a 75 square meter apartment with different room description and yet we were given another one and when we tried to communicate they showed us where the missing bed is but that was not the issue, the issue was that the apartment we booked was not the same we received.

Late check-in was a bit difficult. We paid for the late check-in option because of the late flight arrival, but the communication with the hosts was a bit difficult. Kitchen facilities need a bit of attention. Not enough bowls, forks and pans are old. The dishwasher wasn't working properly and we had to wash dishes the traditional way. Minor improvement: Make property a bit more work from home friendly.

Amazing location, in the heart of the city center, close to restaurants, bars, bus stops, metro stops, gyms etc. Small details in the apartment that made the stay pleasant (beautiful minimalistic internal design) and comfortable beds. Very fast internet (we were able to work remotely with simultaneous calls and streaming without problems).

there was a lot of items broken, e.g bedside tables , dining table, towel rack, fan. and place just wasn’t looked after the best- could do with being repainted. we’ve raised those issues with the staff.

the apartment was spacious and in a easy location, there was a small shop on the corner and it was quiet. it was well equipped with iron and even washing machine for convenience, also the bed were very comfortable and the high ceilings gave it real European feel to the whole apartment. btw the lift can only fit two people at a time( it’s tinny)

The electricity was so poor, and it went down few times, the heaters are not working properly which made the apartment soooo cold. The property owner should refund me 22€ as she said she will bring it back because she didn’t have a change at that time but she didn’t… the kettle wasn’t clean. thee was supposed to be a quite time between 11 Pm to 9am, but the noise wasn’t stopping.

The only issue I would say is that the water becomes a cold if both showers are used at the same time.
