Beds or pillows not the comfiest. We had been allocated a room that you could have smoked in. Even though the room was spotless clean there was a smell of cigarettes. It should have been pointed out at the booking stage this was a smoking room.

Value for money, nice to have little kitchen, selection of cafes restaurants and grocery store on the doorstep.

Online check in process was a bit difficult. It asks for documents but doesn't say what and took a long time to do.

Location about 15 minutes from the bus station , lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walking from harbour. It was clean and a decent budget stay.

The walls weren’t very thick so you could hear your neighbours but it wasn’t too bad. It would have been nice if there were 2 separate pillows or an extra one for sitting in bed.

The staff were great and very friendly. It was super clean, light and airy. It just has the basics in the kitchen but would have been good if there was a tea towel.

The place is just ok, it covers your needs. The shower is tiny and uncomfortable, even for European standards. You can hear the conversations of the rooms besides you. The fact that there are no cleaning supplies (even though there is no daily cleaning services) is a problem for longer stays (we stayed 10 days).

Location is great, as you are practically in the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful in any way that they can. The room comes equipped with a small stove, cups, plates and cutlery, enough for basic cooking needs.

Bathroom, towels not replaced and not enough toilet paper to last, had to buy my own. Could not prevent water from shower leaking on the floor no matter which way I put the curtain. Wasted towels keeping floor dry.

Price, location and room were all good. Staff were very nice.

Its about 20 to 25 min walk to the train and bus stations. It is a central location but in a side street. 24hr reception. Clean room. Two ring hob and minimal kitchen facilities but fine for a short stay.

Whenever we took a shower it flooded the bathroom. The Lift was tiny and it took a while for the door to open.

Unbelievably hot with no A/C or fans to cool. I understand this was unusual for Santander but they could have provided a cheap (30€?) fan to use (rent?) that would have made sleeping possible.

Very good location with transport, restaurants and shops very close. Staff efficient and friendly. Room clean and kitchenette functional.

We expected a basic apartment and that’s what we got. No complaints.

Receptionist on duty awaiting our late arrival. There was a lift available as our apartment was on the fifth floor. The apartment was basic but as expected.

The use of technology! Online checkin to upload documents kept failing so was a very long process and use of app to open door didn’t work so had to be issued with a key. That said, the staff/responses were very quick and helpful.

Reasonable rate at an expensive time. Good location. Super clean and reasonably quiet. Spacious room and having self-catering option was great. Shower was great - very powerful. Was very small and had a clingy curtain which you had to make sure was inside the tray. Could be a problem.

The shower was awkward to figure out how to not get water going everywhere. The room was too warm, even though the weather wasn't... A fan in the room would be great, to get the air flowing with the window open.

Very handy to have the small kitchen, even without a kettle or oven etc. The 2 hob rings with pans etc were perfect for cooking small meals and the fridge/freezer was a lifesaver.
