Hotel is situated in nice place. Personal has noticed our Wisches and helped with rooms.

Food was poor, stayed half board. Limited choice and main dishes were not very hot. But plenty of vegetables and breakfast pastries. Air con ventilation a bit noisy at night but this might just be our room.

Very clean and small pool with plenty of space as it is a small hotel. Staff were very busy. a variety of guests many Spanish. Good supermarket nearby and bus stop. 5-10 minutes walk from beach. Live music at weekend on rooftop. Cheaper drinks than bigger hotels nearby. Balcony with sunlight for half the day.

Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds and fab showers! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast included which was fresh and plenty of options each morning. Pool was clean and a nice area to chill, free lounges and beds too. We had a fab stay!

The checkin process is very difficult as a lot of information is needed and the iPad check in didn’t work especially for such a big group. Eventually the hotel staff helped to check us in but the room allocations were all wrong and different people were down as being in different rooms despite each pair of passports staying in the room they were given the key for. This meant check out was a bit confusing.

Check in process is not managed well. Why should we enter whole details in self check in kiosk if we still need to wait for receptionist for half an hour to get the key for the room? Also, card keys are not functioning properly, you go to room with your luggage and then you still need to go back and change the key,they knew that it was the problem and did not care about it.

Asking guests to pay to use sunbeds & not always enough for all guests. Hot plates for cooked breakfast didn't work so food not even warm Automated check - in - after long journey would have been nice be checked in by a person rather have work out system that asked questions that didn't seem make sense. Not sure why had wear wristbands?

Comfortable/clean, good sized room & bathroom. Close to supermarket and short walk to beach and other amenities. Good choice for breakfast. Balcony spacious but would be nice have 2 chairs rather than 1. Extra towels for beach/pool

Not much entertainment in the hotel. They have a beautiful roof terrace but was closed while I was there. And when it was re-opened and told to come I turned up and found it closed. Which is a bit of a shame. Such a fabulous space it needs to be utilised more! P.s Thank you for the lovely man on reception who helped me out when my transfer did not arrive to the airport early hours of the morning. He was so supportive and called a taxi for me:-)

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and honestly in my opinion I chose one of the best hotels in the area! Room was perfect with a lovely balcony. Beautiful bathroom and double bed! The hotel was spotless, pool and outside area was gorgeous! All the ladies on reception were so helpful and so friendly! The beach is a walk away with all the bars and restaurants not far either. Tip: If you want real Spanish cuisine best to do some research before you get there. As the area is geared towards tourist. Though a short walk or bus ride will take you some authentic Spanish restaurants. A perfect get away as a solo traveller could not ask for any more!

Some of the paving near the sunbeds and hotel entrance was rough and needed repairing. Shower in room was lovely but leaked some water on to floor. Would have been good if the bottle of water was replaced each day with clean glasses. Our balcony was not one of the best, it was blocked by training school wall.

Breakfast was excellent, pool area and swimming pool was usually quiet but very nice. Having showers to use on day of check out was an amazing facility. Efficient staff. Bottle of water and sweets in room was very welcoming.

Very noisy, walls were very hear-through. Lounge chairs (only ones in the sunshine) on the poolside for extra charge.

The hotel was pretty noisy due to many young people who wanted to party. Lots of noise in the corridors and banging doors. The managers were nice and tried to address our complaints but they could have either locate some signage in the corridors or make sure the doors do not make so noise. Our room was also overlooking in the road and lots of noise was coming from there as well.

The room was spacious and clean. A/C and fridge provided. The hotel provides us towels, water and an umbrella for the beach with no additional cost. The breakfast was good with many options. The hotel tries to create a friendly environment.

It's hard to criticise. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would have been great. The Food Truck is a welcome addition but is overpriced. Perhaps Management should rethink having to pay for the poolside beds.

The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast dining room was bright and spacious. The range of options was fantastic. The staff were extremely efficient in clearing tables and in restocking the food available. The hot pancakes were great. The young D.J. was excellent, great personality and inclusive. The bar staff and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is great and consistent throughout.

Dinner was so bad. I understand that the price for the dinner was low, but If you offer cold potatos with grey meet as a main course, it does not show a good taste. The staff was polite but the manager of the hotel was little bit wierd.

Breakfast was excellent. Our room was nice and very clean. Bed, linnen and towels was high quality. Pool area was also nice.

During our 9 days stay we experienced coming of 2 big Buses with Russian and Ukrainian tourists. And it was a big difference on breakfast and supper these days. It seems that hotel administration saves on everything. Food is under supplied, a few workers try hard but cannot handle all this. On the receptions girls try to answer the questions and do the cocktails the same time. It’s impossible to book rooms on the reception, only by web site. Very complicated registration. We visit this hotel 3 year and see the great difference now. Workers try hard but cannot do much, organisation is terrible.

The Hotel is situated in a nice place, far away from city Center but still near to the sea. Nice people try to do their work good and be helpful.
