Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The breakfast was not what expected as in value for money for me. Twin beds would of preferred a double, but forgot to check or ask.
The location was just within good reach of the centre as easy to travel and walking distance to bars and shops.

Mostly fine but previous guests' tables often took some time to be cleared in the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet selection a little limited and slow to be replenished after a large group sitting. Certain items (fruit / pastries). sometimes seemed past their best.
Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Easy access to public transport. Overall a nice stay

There is zero soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear absolutely EVERYTHING in the room next door - when they open and close the wardrobe or the drawers, when they use the shower, the taps, the toilet, even when they open and close the curtains. The doors have an automatic closing device on them which makes them SLAM with a huge bang every time someone goes in or out of the their room. The sliding doors on the wardrobe are annoying - you can only access one side at a time. The drawers stick so badly you have to really force them back in. There's no bar area in the actual hotel - you have to go to an adjacent building for breakfast in a cafetería. There are vending machines for drinks and coffee in the hotel lobby, but it would be better if there was a small, serviced lounge area.
The staff are excellent - friendly and efficient, especially the cleaning staff and the member of staff manning reception during the night shift.

Twin beds, but I probably its my fault. I forgot to mention about double bed.
I made booking on the day of check-in. On this day, my partner celebrated his birthday and I sent an email with a request to put a personal greeting card and champagne in the room. The answer was received immediately and in a few hours everything was in the room. My partner was very pleased with the surprise. Thank you very much to the lovely girl at the reception for the excellent service. In general, a great location. There is a parking lot. Quite spacious and clean rooms.

Second night was very noisy with some trucks dumping and crushing scrap metal at 1:00 am and 7:00. The rest of the nights were great

- The location is not optimal if you would like to spend most of the time in the historical city centre. You can get to the city center in ~40 minutes walking or ~30 minutes by public transport. - The room was not equipped with anything except a small fridge. I think a small electric kettle would be a nice touch.

For the price we paid, the breakfast could be of better quality and should offer a wider variety of products.
We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very big, and we had everything what we needed. The location is no in the centre, but we went to the Betis game and the hotel was very close to the stadium
