The room was excellent, specially the bathroom since it was perfect for my 88 year old mother, large shower. Perfect simple breakfast. Very friendly staff. Easy street parking.

Great little hotel very central but away from the bars but close enough to walk to all the town and charming rooms. Would definitely stay there next time we visit.

Everything about this place was amazing. The staff was super accommodating. Our rooms were great with super comfortable beds. Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in few places on Spain and by far this was our favourite. I must add that you have eat at the restaurant which is part of this hotel. We had the best food – unbelievable – loved it. Can’t wait to come back 😊.

The night we arrived we were told the pool was closed(we were looking forward to Pool … especially our 12 yr old).. then on the third night of our stay a family from Bilbao was told Pool was open amd allowed to swim. The pool was perfectly clean and looked open the whole time…

I’m a huge fan of this place, design was excellent, whoever decorated it did an excellent job, we had a two story suite with the hot tub, pool was pristine and hotel is really close to the city center, everything is 10 min walk. I stayed in different hotels around the world, but this one has a special place in my heart.

The phone in the room didn’t work so had to go to reception or call using a mobile for room service. But this is a minor thing. we didn’t really need it.

Beautiful building. We loved the gallery aspect to it. The duplex was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. very comfortable beds. Amazing showers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was unbelievably good and very interesting. We invited our friend for dinner one night and spent the whole meal oohing and aahing about the food!!! The pool was very pretty. A lovely setting.

We did have trouble finding it because of the one way system and couldn’t find the parking. Some help in the directions to the property would help solve that and there is street parking not all wines we’re available

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some nice touches like cake in the room and a bottle of bubbly. The food in the restaurant was good with an extensive wine list

My room was on the corridor with frosted windows and very little natural light. The only mirror was downstairs in the bathroom which was fairly dark (and not full length). As a woman this is quite frustrating!! I think my room as noisier than others as I could hear people coming up and down the stairs, especially in the morning. I had to sit outside the room if I wanted natural light from the skylight.

It's well located (although only street parking) and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is lovely inside. Quite trendy with art and sculptures.

Charged both of us twice for our rooms, denied this, its on our card statement!, complained through booking.com refused to give anything back. A month later, still nothing. BE CAREFUL 150 euros out of pocket for a booking.

Nice place, can't fault the hotel its self, a little difficult to find.
