A little bit noisy in the early morning (we had a street window) but it's a popular area! Everything else good!

Location, the building (really cool), the staff were friendly. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel - the bus from the Alhambra stops there!

Very busy street right under our window which was expected but the air conditioning didn’t work, so we couldn’t open a window and had to put up with the heat.

It was close to one night club but we only noticed it one night out of three, Also aircon and fan seemed to be ineffective, the room was cool so that didn’t impact us too much

Location was very close to the centre, many restaurants and bars and cafes close by. Close to Alhambra bus service. We walked everywhere

I would have liked coffee in the room for mornings.

Great location, beautiful clean hotel. Nice coffee room to relax in and watch parades go by at Easter.

The room was very small and would have been better for a single person as there was little space to store 2 large bags. Had I realised how small a basic room was, I would have paid extra for an upgrade. That being said, the decor was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

Finding the hotel was a challenge-a sign on the outside facing the street would be helpful. Be sure to let them know if you have mobility limitations. The upstairs rooms have a couple steps to go into the room, and the bathroom has two steps to go down into it. And the tub is also sunken down a step. We were there during a warm week in April and it was a hot in the room with no ventilation. A fan helped.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly & helpful. They were very accommodating with moving my Mom to an accessible room. It’s a unique hotel to stay at - like visiting a bit of history.

Very clean, historic and unique. Each room is individually named and is very tastefully designed. The breakfast is exceptional and in a beautiful location in a cistern beneath the building. Very central to everything you will want to see

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It is possible to make drinks in a small lounge, in the evenings.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We walked there from the train station and walking to the Alhambra Palace didn’t take long. The room and the bed were large, comfortable. Everywhere was clean.

- Beautiful hotel in a really convenient location - we arrived early and were able to leave our bags in the hotel - reception staff were very helpful in booking a taxi early in the morning for us - comfy bed

Tight parking access

Fantastic location, very close to all the major sights. Also close to shuttle bus to the Alhambra. Beautiful inner courtyard and lovely spacious, comfortable room.
