Very clean, very modern. Comforting and accommodating

We had an excellent stay!! We booked an appointment style accommodation. The manager left us a care package which was really sweet. We also received a complimentary dinner. We were treated super well by staff and highly recommend the hotel!!

The only thing I can mention is that the bathroom was separated by a glass door that didn't fully close because of the wall, which made things a bit weird when you had to use it 😀

The hotel itself is 3 minutes from the beach, the interior looks amazing, is always clean and with great amenities. Our room was nice and clean when we arrived and the staff left us a personalised message welcoming us. Regarding the staff, everyone was always nice, the pretty ladies from the reception, the cleaning crew, the bar and the cooks(Hello Salah 😊), the waiters and the hostesses. We had a pool view on the second floor. Even if we didn't pay for breakfast when we made the booking, we ended up eating there every day as the food was amazing, with a lot of varieties for all ages and dietary needs. We also tried the dinner a couple of nights and my God we were not disappointed, really recommend trying it at least once as you get to choose from the buffet whatever you need, main course, dessert and others and the food is cooked on the spot. We tried also one of the massages and thanks to Joanna, we felt relaxed after 25 min with her. Hope I didn't miss anything, this hotel is a must for the area and will stay again when visiting Mallorca. 🔝

It's the first time I have seen the pool cordoned off until 9.30 which I understand as you are getting much busier and some people reserve beds they don't use. Your lifeguards kept an eye on that which is good

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Hotel clean, modern, great breakfasts, variety. I also recommend dinner and the pool bar, which serves great dishes during lunch. Pool sufficient. The proximity to the airport is a plus, there is no noise. very good communication location.

It wasn't possible to order any snacks or drinks to the pool/ loungers. My room rate didn't include breakfast and dinner, so I tried each once (12 /22 Euro), I thought it offered a lot but it wasn't anything mind blowing.

Beds were comfortable, and rooms nice and dark. Hotel very well maintained and clean. Shower had good water pressure too. The location is also excellent, a short walk to the beach.

We are back to back guests of the Helios and every time I am not disappointed with the staff and their quality of service. I highly recommend for anyone who would like to stay in a lovely, clean, spacious room with nice housekeeping

We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Mallorca and we hope that we will come back. It is very close to the airport but also a minute walk from a beach. Staff was very polite and always there for us. Room was very clean and with a beautiful view from the balcony. We were suprised with a welcoming gift from hotel - gratis breakfast and 1 hour spa treatment which were also very good!

Amazing hotel, the food was great, there were free yoga lessons, live music every evening, the spa was good, too.

The hotel could've provided us with dressing gowns/slippers for free as well, and there could've been a trash bin in the room. The walls are way too thin, though, even the smallest of sounds come through.

Amazing experience, everything was great. The service was amazing, we even got a room upgrade and an early check in for free, the breakfast and hotel food/bar options were better than most other eating options in the area, the location was really great, the hotel's overall vibe was amazing. Everything was clean and well kept.

In our room we had bathroom that had a sea through glass and you was able to see someone showering. It is not ideal setting for someone who is not a coupe in my opinion Other than that I have nothing bad to say loved the hotel and that small thing did not bothered me

I’d really liked a pool and a sea view hotel room. Food was on another level goooooooood and so many things to choose from just incredible! Staff were amazing and on the entrance to our room we were given a personalised greetings card with my name on it. I was shocked and generally enjoyed my stay will highly recommend for someone for relaxing holiday or quick getaway!
