Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomFree internet…… Like a few hotels now, these are trying to capture your data, by locking down the log in process. Even the smart tv won’t allow access without a formal log in page. Email etc required. I won’t do it, and worse I had some devices that I could not connect because their functionality does not allow access to the data page. . My GoPro camera just requires a password, so could not access. Questions about giving me a code to bypass the log in were met with the attitude. Take it or leave it.
Location, roof terrace and views (from roof) Superior room with views turned out to be a corner room on the first floor (apparently they are only on the first floor-despite me requesting a high floor). The superior room view turned out to be of the trees which were blocking the views… Secure parking and easy to drive to without fighting city traffic. It’s convenient from motorway junction about 3km away

Very spacious room, nice and comfy bed, great shower. The pool was also very refreshing after a hot day in Cordoba. Make sure you go for rooftop view in the evening, it's beautiful!

United KingdomBeing pickey, we had a single bed in the room. The wall reading lights didn't line up with double bed.
Location was excellent. So near to the bridge, cross over and you are in the the heart of Cordoba. Lovely views from roof terrace. Found street parking with ease. Perfect for 1 night stay

United KingdomIt was disappointing not to have a cafe/ restaurant facility available during the day. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and the bar in the evening. After a long drive in the heat, it would have been nice to have a drink and snack. There is a vending machine in the reception area. There are a couple of bars/ restaurants, a short walk away.
A good location to access the ancient city - just a short walk to the bridge. The parking is excellent with easy access for quite large cars. Cost E10. Free parking around the hotel. The view of the old city from the rooftop bar is excellent.we

AustraliaThe only minor thing I can mention is that the bed bases are on wheels for easy reconfiguration to meet guest requirements, but the wheels don't lock into place. So the beds tend to roll away from the bed-head/wall at times. Didn't detract from the comfort at all, just a bit weird.
The location of the hotel is perfect if you are traveling by car. The hotel is very close to the Roman Bridge, but being on the other side of the river to the historic town area, you do not have to navigate your way through tiny, busy streets to get there, and there is secure underground car parking at the hotel. Perfect. The room is spacious and comfortable. We have 2 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases and still were not cramped in the room. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were all so bright and bubbly and cheerful, every day.

SpainWhile we paid extra for a lovely view, we could not open our window during the day and into the late evenings because of the noise from the street below. It was very noisy from early morning and throughout the day. Unfortunately, the hotel is located directly in front of the Tour Bus Depot with a constant line up of various tour buses (hop on/hop off plus all sizes of private tour buses) stopping to pick up and drop off loads of people with engines running.
Location, views, ample room, rooftop bar & pool options, nice staff.

FinlandLocation is super! Very friendly staff. Wide selection in breakfast, but however guite ordinary. Drinks at the roof terrace were extremely expensive: two brandy at 30 €! Room was quite big and nice. On whole I think that the hotel was quite expensive if you compare it to the shape of the building and it's interor decor.
