The spa is rather small and must be booked beforehand, also the jacuzzi has a window into the gym which isn't great as you get to see guests training and taking selfies.

The staff were exceptional all the way from reception, to the bar, breakfast buffet and very helpful when asking about places to visit and eat. The rooms are amazing, clean and bright! We loved the rooftop bar with live music nightly and incredible views.

First time on the Island Very Chic Hotel From the Front Desk to the cleaners, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was very informative on restaurants and places to visit A short walk away from a beautiful beach Can't wait to return next year.

not enough hooks in the room, room towels, bath robes etc all sat on an area reserved for luggage as there was no where else to hang them.

great location and the rooms were spacious. fresh water delivered to the room everyday. shower was amazing.

The poke bowl I don’t recommend. The rest was great!

Great positive vibes in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and surprised us with a nice welcome (see picture). The pool on the 5th floor is amazing. The view is out of this world. We enjoyed a nice swim in salted water and nap :) The sky bar and restaurant are also really good but reserve on time for a good table.

Everything! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them. the hotel was beautiful and a short walk to a beautiful the beach. Janis restaurant was delicious and the swimming pool was great. The room was a really fun design and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back, thank you Five Flowers!!

The spa had many different treatments available but all fully booked up for our stay which was a little disappointing! Perhaps you can book in advance for this.

Beautifully designed unique hotel with welcoming, happy staff. Good size rooms and an amazing shower! Lovely to have the sky bar and pool on the roof too with a great view for sunset !

The toilet and sink facilities separate - not hygienic as unable to wash hands in same place as using the toilet - not a good thing especially with current covid rules.

The property was superb however extremely high tech therefore an explanation would have been nice as to use the toilet in the night - impossible to find lighting and had to use telephone for a torch and would have much preferred toilet and sink to be inside the same room for hygiene purposes.
