Facilities could maybe do with some TLC. As with all places in Ibiza prices constantly rising.

At night trying to sleep you can hear people in the next room talking on the phone. That is the only issue. It wasn't a busy time of year but 2 of the 3 nights were disturbed by people still being up at 4 in the morning.

It would be great if the pool was a bit colder and if you were allowed more than one towel.

Staff were lovely. Beds were comfortable and it was clean and quiet. Easy to sleep during the day as the room was dark and cool.

Obviously - the hotel can't do anything about it's own location but it's uphill and when it's hot it is SUPER hard to go uphill. Would be good if the hotel pointed out the shortcut that is in front of the hotel. Another issue - supposedly the hotel can "call" a taxi - they said that they would. But then wouldn't monitor or tell you if the taxi was coming or not. We waited 20 minutes for a taxi and ONLY WHEN WE ASKED did the hotel tell us that the taxi was NOT coming. Staff are NOT proactive at all. I think for what we paid the hotel didn't live up to the cost. Breakfast was minimal. Location difficult. Staff not proactive. Bathrooms need updating. Note - that I paid 300 Euros PER night. In Dubai- I would be at a 5 star resort for that...

Maybe it is a bit pricey however it is peak season and is in a great spot, just a short walk down the hill and you're in the centre of Ibiza with the port and old town just next to it

The walls are so thin, and the people were too loud even till 5 AM. We couldn't rest well. Not suggested for families and kids. The property doesn't offer a Parking spot.

The noise at night from the street party.

The property is well located and clean. It was however noisy at night when trying to sleep.

basic decor in room, felt it was slightly overpriced but you are really paying for the location. Shower was a bit of a dribble (maybe something they would have sorted out be were we only there a stay while so didn't bother raising it)

location is great, short (slightly up hill on way back) walk to old town, the pool is small but we had it to ourselves which was lovely and was quiet area. Lovely helpful friendly staff, nice balcony

The walls are thin. If you have quiet neighbours, you will have a great time. If you have neighbours who love talking loudly all night, you may not.

The beds were single beds and the sheets were not soft enough

The breakfast was good and they accomodated our request for an earlier coffee on the day of my race. The pool was quiet and rooms were clean.
