Restaurant below wasn’t open, however a lovely traditional venta is just across the road.

Breakfast is modest and need to cross the road to another building

It was good surprise to find fresh oranges from the lobby. First, when we pulled up to the hotel it looked dated from the outside, but nice surprise was that the rooms are nice. Location is nice, less than 15 minutes drive to the Almeria/Andalucia racetrack.

Price is a little bit more I wish to pay for an hostel, breakfast is Spanish typical but very limited in the bar in front of the hostel. The pillow are too soft and low.

Location is phenomenal for the circuit, supermarket, bars and gas station are all there. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom is very modern and clean, they even supply shampoo, shower soap and tooth paste. The bed was very comfy, apart for the pillows. The men in the reception was super friendly and helpful.

The location of the hostal is great....directly opposite the entrance to Sorbas. Breakfast was served in the cafe across the road from the hostal.

Despite being assured the restaurant would be open during our stay it was closed. We went for our free breakfast at the cafe across the road for two of the four days but faced long queues on the third day. After waiting in the queue for half an hour we went elsewhere and paid for our breakfast. The drains in the hotel caused a lingering bad smell throughout the building.

The hotel was welcoming, generally clean and comfortable.

Spacious room and bath room, nice terrace and big bed. The TV was modern (fire tv) and the bath room mirror had a defogger. Very good price for what is offered.

Me and my wife wanted to explore beaches around Cabo de Gata, Almeria and hotels near those beaches were too expensive for us since we were trying to book at the last moment. But fortunately we had a car with us, and we found Hostal Sorbas in a very reasonable price which was around 50-60 km distance from those beaches (around 40-45 mins drive from our desired areas). We did not have much high expectation about Sorbas to be honest, but in the end we were very happy with our stay. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We liked everything about our stay. Also it was easy to park our car. We also had option to use the parking of the restaurant on the opposite side of the road if Hostal Sorbas's parking were full. The only thing that might not seem perfect to some people is the breakfast setup. As I understood Hostal Sorbas has a collaboration with the restaurant opposite of the street for the breakfast, and it is not a buffet breakfast with lot's of options. there were few options of sandwiches, fresh juice and coffee, but it perfectly worked for us. And as a place, Sorbas seemed like a nice little calm village which we liked very much. :)

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was available from a restaurant across the road.

Quite noisy both traffic outside and the fact that our room had another adjoining, separated only by a locked door which meant you could hear everything especially the guy next door snoring most of the night.

Room seems to have been recently updated, bed was large and comfortable, everywhere was clean.

written information about the hotel, restaurant and available menu would have been helpful in the room. I wasn't quite sure what to expect for breakfast. I was only offered a croissant and coffee on the first day when they were busy with Spanish guests who I noticed had cheese, ham, bread, orange juice and coffee. I was not made aware this was also available on the first day but on subsequent days, when the dining room was not so busy, I was given the full choice as a matter of course.

I was impressed with the hotel room I was given which was modern and clean. It did get a bit stuffy at night though as the air conditioning wasn't on. The TV was large and of better quality than I've had in other hotels and had a wide range of Apps. Overall I was happy with the accommodation and will book there again in the future.
