Breakfast very good Room small but clean and have everything we expect Problem with AC. We had to sleep with open window since the room was warm not comfortable to sleep. AC was not on cooling. Reception told us that it was still on heating (beginning of May)so we had to switch off AC. With open window we heard lot of noises coming from outside.

The Rooms facing the Avenida Parallel are quite loud.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, firm mattress, a bottle of red wine for free in the room + a voucher for a glass of cava in the rooftop bar of the serhs hotel on the ramblas.

Only down side was the traffic noise at night - but other than this no complaints

We stayed 5 nights, for the first 3 nights the room was cold because the heating system was centrally switched to cooling the previous week so there was no heating for 3 cold nights. But then they switched it back to heating and was ok.

Beds was okay but a little hard, a little more cozy and softer beds would have been nice, breakfast was a little expensive and some things was dry like the fruit, so didn’t get another breakfast, the ‘taxes’ on departure are not clear with the booking which I thought I already paid, was very expensive end to my trip.

Location, very clean, nice front desk people and booked us a leaving taxi, lovely water and wine in room with chocolates, was offered champagne in the sister hotel on the roof top bar which was nice, when we arrived we was shown a map and pointed out features and the metro system and to be aware of pickpockets

We were at the rear of the hotel and there was a lot of noise coming from people shouting and arguing late at night. The double glazing didn’t seem too good.

The breakfast was good. There was plenty to choose from. The room was clean and the cleaners did a great job every day. The staff friendly and helpful.

Was very weird that in the room i didn't find the fridge. Its first situation in my life)) If you're planning stay there long - remember about it. For me it was not so important.

Very comfortable location, next to the center and sea, many restaurants. Good service and nice clean room. Breakfasts are good.

It would be good if there would be an option to put a sign on the door informing that we don't need cleaning every day and new towels every day, for us this was not necessary. Also, we missed the toilet brush in our bathroom. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The location is perfect, everything was very close to reach. We will definitely come back again.
