Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Kettle in room would have been nice. Loo didn’t flush very well. Some fittings the worse for wear and needed attention..
Breakfast was better than expected, with a decent selection of fruit, jamon, cheese etc and good coffee. The location is perfect for visiting Caceres, and the value for money excellent. Good shower and bed, so the basics are catered for. An interesting old hotel, with friendly staff.

The walls were a bit thin; we could hear conversations in the corridor in the night.
Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Lots of choice at buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good-sized room.

Breakfast didn't do it for me, to be honest - very Spanish with cold meats and cheese, pastries, cereals and toast, but I'm not one for breakfast.
What a fabulous hotel! So close to the main and plaza, simply furnished but comfortable rooms, good showers. Don't be put off by the 1 star rating. If you're looking for authentic Spanish, this is it. Staff are polite and very helpful. No parking on site but a car park within 5 minutes walk for 12 euros for 24 hours.

Slight smell of drains in the bathroom. Quite noisy in the early morning - voices from the reception area?

Superb location on edge of Plaza Mayor, basic but clean, friendly and perfectly adequate hotel. Breakfast disappointing - packaged rolls, small selection of meats and cheeses.

Nothing negaive to say.
Comfortable beds and a good continental breakfast. Location is superb in a pedestrian only area. The hotel has no lift and if you are disabled you have to navigate steps down to the street from the recommended car park which is secure, manned at all t;imes and has large parking spaces. Parking is discounted by the hotel. Just a note to the above, their is a ramp alongside the stairs but it is quite steep.

Fantastic location right by the main plaza, the surrounding area is beautiful historic buildings and lovely shops. We were just there for one night, passing through and we were able to take our dog.

There is no lift so bear that in mind. ALso you need to park in a parking lot and walk which is fine but again needs to be taken into consideration if you are carrying large bags, especially as it was pouring when we arrived. The hotel is right off the main square which is amazing but the street is a bit of a bottle neck and it was constantly packed every time we walked out the door. It was a bit nerve wracking with the dogs and a small child to be thrown into a throng of people. It was a puente (national holiday) so i wasn't surprised it was super busy but the staff told us it was mostly always like that.
The staff were super friendly and really made the place. The place is a little tired but lovely. And they took animals. Always a plus for us.
