You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandThe room was very hot . you can Not control the air com. The gaz heater is in the room . I think it is very denger to have that in the bedroom . I got a very small yorky and for my little dog they ask 15 euro for the night . the hotel we stayed in Albasete was 4 euro . In booking .com whe we looked it has not price giving. .

BrazilThe toilet flush kept leaking whenever we flushed and during the night it wouldn't stop. For breakfast, there could be less plastic used for bread/muffins/croissants :)
Location was perfect. Close to the city center and close to it there was a private parking space (it costed us 17,30€ for less than 24 hours though). Room met our requirements as we wanted to stay for the night and rest for the next day on the road. Also close to a mexican restaurant and to the square with other restaurants/bar options. Staff was super friendly!

PortugalWe booked a triple room, were given a room with four beds. The fourth one was a foldable one, unnecessary and took up a lot of space in a small room. We were given a room in the third floor that didn't get any Wi-Fi, the TV had no channels and we only had a very small window. Three panels of the ceiling were loose, and two were broken. The gas heating system was behind a curtain inside the room, so everytime one of us took a shower or washed hands there was a lot of noise. The breakfast was shameful. We paid a total of 80 euro for a very lousy experience.
It was the only property in the area that accepted dogs and they gave us a little treat bag. Good staff.
