We had a few ants in our room. However not in the bedroom, but in the entrance room, where we stored our luggage. The beds weren’t that clean on the sides, but not on the mattresses, so that it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Perfect location; near Casa Batlló and the main shopping street Passeig the Gràcia. You can reach many restaurants and brunch spots under 5min per foot and have also two different metro lines near the guest house.

Maybe more lights in our room, it was a bit dark and clothes hook in the room would be amazing!

We really liked the location of the Guesthouse, it was very central and we could easily reach everything by foot. The rooms were comfortable and the guesthouse has a nice terrace. The personal was superfriendly and helpfull, we can recommend this guesthouse very much!

Staff sometimes wasn’t very friendly, answered quite sharp or didn’t answer phone calls at all. First morning we found bathroom blocked and water and smell was coming inside the room, but staff did very good job. Sorted all out and refreshed the room.

It’s in a good location and near by there is a metro station and big Mercadona supermarket. The room itself is small but nice enough with a super small balcony. Good that there is a kettle available to share outside the room. And room was refreshed every day

Walls are thin so when others talk in other rooms, we could hear everything

Place is in the great localisation, cery close to the metro, buses and trains, rooms were clean and comfy. There were towels and hairdryer which was great. There was a place for work od this is important for somebody.

Having to share a bathroom. But it was clean and was only for 3 days.

The guest house, is centrally located for exploring the city. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The wifi signal of the hotel is very poor, and the sound insulation effect is also very poor, the bed is relatively comfortable, but the bed is very short, the geographical location is very convenient

Random way of accessing apartment, as the way of contacting did not work as the person looks after more than 1 development and so we waited 20 to 30 mins to get in

They didn’t have 24 hours checkin and we had to pay 70€ extra because we arrived at 1 am.

The location is perfect.the room was very clean and cozy.free tea coffee and cake.room was cleaned every day.

The staff was not very friendly, and the room’s windows are just beside a very busy street, which makes it hard to sleep, and closing the windows wasn’t an option because it was hot.

Toilets were outside the room, checking starts at 3pm but you can leave the baggage in the property.

If you are booking the 'Budget Double or Twin Room with Shared Bathroom' please note the bathroom is outside the room. You might get the room which is 4 doors away from the bathroom. I'd just like to call that out.

I really liked the room, the lighting was aesthetic and the air conditioning was really good as well. The location also is really good where you are only 10 minutes walk or under 5 minutes on public transport to the major restaurants and tourist attractions. The cleaning happens every morning so the place was clean as well.

The door was hard to open

The room was clean and bed was comfortable we had a good sleep and the staff was friendly and accommodating, nice location easy access most of the things you need

Unclear instructions on how to get inside. Was left sitting on street because no one let us in. Staff member did not apologise and seemed like she wanted to rush off rather than welcome us. The drain for the shower was very loud, and would go off spontaneously even if there was no tap running.
