A very practical apartment for our family of 4 close to the beach, the market and Port Vell. Walking distance to the Barceloneta metro station. Very clean and with all the basic amenities. Safe and quiet area.

Suites are getting run down and need maintenance. Upstairs suite 1 (2 bedroom) - The shower is leaking into the hallway and has damaged the flooring. Front Entry suite 0 (3 bedroom) Pull out sofa is broken.

Perfect location minutes away from the centre of Barcelona and the beach. Easy to get to from the airport. Property was clean and had all the facilities I required such as a hair dryer and iron. Shower was great, rooms were perfect size.

Could do with a bit of TLC, the door is very hard to unlock and the main bedroom door doesn't open/close without moving the bed, which is a bit of a pain, but overall good apartment.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 1 minute from supermarket, shops and restaurants. Good space and nice bathroom.

Minor things, we had to buy paper towels toilet paper. There was no places to hang towels and no directions for any equipment. The washer was faulty so we could not clean our clothes

No instructions regarding the use of the in house safe. Request for information ignored after initial contact. I was told that the instructions were next to the safe but there was nothing there. When I forwarded that information it was ignored and I received no more contact.

Normally the key could be collected by entering with a code and opening a lock box, unfortunatly there was a mix up with keys in the box, the agency privided us with a refunded cab to pick up the correct keys. The rest was nice! Would definitly stay again!

The apartment was perfect for our group! All appliances that could be needed are present. The apartment is modern and the receptionist can be reached by whatsapp all day!

The online payment method of the city taxes is through an unknown payment portal. To pay the 22 euros related to this taxes in person, I had to travel 3 km, which is absurd. I had a very bad experience on this regard, and will not repeat. The amount of information received by email is long and could be more to the point. Also, the access to the living room balcony was closed.

the property is in real need of some attention, the kitchen is ‘tired’, the cupboard contents need replenishing!! only one good size mug and 2 teaspoons!!! shower head attachment broken, wouldn’t hang up! small things that let it down! couple of air fresheners wouldn’t go a miss!

Beds were terrible. Very squeaky. Shower broken. Street was very noisy. Hard to sleep. Pictures not recent - needs painting. Hosts ignore bad reviews here and don't fix things. The apartment itself was OK but was poorly maintained, had lots of missing crockery. Main issue though was squeaky beds mentioned by lots of reviewers for a long time - yet not fixed. Other things like broken shower, broken toilet flush, just poorly maintained. Could be amazing if the hosts actually fixed things mentioned in other reviews.

at first the shower did not function properly, on my request this has been fixed the day after. The television did not work neither, has not been fixed at all. There is little space in the kitchen/dining area for a family with 5. Airco was not working well in one of the sleeping rooms. Upon arrival we found a notice saying "all you need is love and wine, and that we could enjoy of the free wine"..but i guess the wine has been forgotten, at least we have not seen it.
