If you don’t book their parking, then it is pretty hard to find a free spot nearby. On the other hand, there is no even courtesy parking in front of the hotel reception to drop-off passengers and luggage. Instead, there is only a taxi station.

Very nice staff, very clean and silent, and quiet, well surrounded by cafeterias, bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. It is located 10-minute waking from the historical downtown. Very spacious and neat rooms. It is possible to park in the streets around the hotel, but there is no free parking, you have to pay via a parkmeter.

Bed was confortable but pillows were not. Each of us had 2 pillows, one smaller supper hard, and another one bigger but super thin ad soft. Good hotel overall but super expensive. For that price, park should be included. Shower has a clear glass to the room...

Good cleaning, amenities, fridge in the room was the best, access 24h, private park available.

The shower has a window...towards the bed. There's no real way to cover the window so it's a bit weird when sharing with a friend...

The location of this hotel is perfect as it's very central and also has the coach/bus station next door. The room was fine for my one night stay and the staff were very polite and looked after my bag free of charge so I didn't have to lug it around with me all day whilst waiting for my train to return to Madrid.

Well... the worse thing I remember was I found too late that I had only one usable pillow in the bed and not a very good one at that. I need two for a good sleep and there was none in the closet, nor did I feel like asking for another one to reception at 2 a.m. in the morning... Going to stuff that may interest others more: the hotel decoration is rather plain, reminding me of 3-star hotels in Denmark and Sweden. In fact, the hotel looks more like a very good 2-star or an average 3-star than a 4-star, as claimed. But don't take that as a handicap- nothing is missing to be a four star, it's just that the place does not feel like it and the plain cafeteria joined with the small lobby did nothing to help. If you are driving, the door into the hotel is not by the street- the hotel is part of a mall and we failed even to see its door when we drove past it in the cab lane. You cannot stop in front too, you have to stop for a minute in a side street to go find the door and ask about the garage. They sent me instructions but I was not smart enough to find my way without help. The garage is a funny bit: the street has a lower level for cars and an upper level mostly for cabs. The walking door to the hotel is at the upper-level but to drive into the garage you have to start turning into the lower level and then go immediately into a tunnel at the right side, leading to several parking areas including that of El Corte Inglés and that of the hotel. You have to follow the signs (some at eye level and at least one at the ceiling) and then turn rather sharp right just before the access to the Corte Inglés parking (you may have to do a bit of maneuvering if you are driving a long vehicle). Bad thing is that anyone who enters the multi-use garage, either walking or driving, has access to the hotel parking area and to its lift!!

Location was OK with fast walking access to the main shopping centre of the town and to the heritage sites we aimed to visit. There was a big El Corte Inglés multi-floor shop with a very good supermarket literally next door. Breakfast would be very good for a three-star hotel but not so much for a 4-star. Yet, to be fair, it was very good for the price (which was the price one could expect in a 3-star hotel). Price of the room was quite fair and (very important for me) there was a garage in the building with a private hotel parking area, AND our bath room had a bath tub! Garage was large and parking places were much larger than usually.

Bedding and curtains had “cuts” in them, which does not make it up to standard. Everything was clean, but items should be replaced when they are damaged. Aircon/heating does not make much sense, we never managed to really understand (we should have asked maybe..) Overall very good experience ☺️

Picnics we ordered instead of breakfast were horrible, too much meat and no cheese, despite asking to have them changed . We had to leave at 0730 every morning as no breakfast available so had to go elsewhere every morning
