We used the hotel car park, not for the feint hearted. Our car is wide and low, so problems all round. Our fault for having a big car but would be tight even for a normal car, or I’m a bad driver

We visited on a TUESDAY and all museums and shops were closed. The hotel was not good value for money. getting into and out of the corkscrew ramps to the Parking (level -4) was an undesired challenge

Central heating and cooling. Should be good in winter and summer but not as comfortable during spring - too hot with windows locked and a hot air from aircon.

For a 5* hotel I was disappointed to discover that the hotel bar has no drinks menu and the bartender showed no interest in presenting us with the liqueur availability.

The pool and the solarium on the rooftop was closed during our stay (March 2024)

Unfortunately, the hotel had turned off the AC as it wasn't hot enough outside, this meant that the rooms were extremely uncomfortable and warm, even with the windows open. A minor point, especially as AC isn't used a lot in Spain, but one that definitely impacted on the stay.

The hotel was extremely nice and the staff were excellent.

There wasn’t a Spa for treatments and the pool was outdoor only so no chance to swim in the cooler months. Gym was not very big.

Great location close to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel. Secure underground parking. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff very nice and helpful.

The wi if in our room didn’t work. We had to go to the public areas to use the internet. The hotel was great, it was a shame that it was let down by that.

Receptionist & Rooms division lady were both super nice, professional. The room has been nicely renovated. We really loved the bathroom and the bathroom products of the hotel especially the shower gel is great! The hotel has a rooftop unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as it is February and it is closed for winter season. Definitely coming back!

Some parts were a bit dated, the hotel restaurant was empty in the evenings so I ate elsewhere. With breakfast and dinner in the basement it wasn’t that appealing.

- had to wait around 20-30 mins to check in. 2 members of staff on the desk were dealing with one family. we waited so long to check in, that in the end we went out for dinner and came back to check in later. - we were given an ‘upgraded room’, that was underneath the gym. we were woken every morning by people on the treadmill above us, and at night we had to call reception to ask people to stop using the gym as it was way past midnight. the ‘downgraded’ room we eventually moved into was way nicer. - paid a ridiculously overpriced late check out fee, as we needed the room for a couple of extra hours. - No umbrellas/shade at the pool area left all guests scrambling for the little shade available.
